I had my hair cut and Head Start in Gardendale, Alabama and I have absolutely no complaints on this.. I purchased your Designline Silver Shine Shampoo and it caused my scalp, neckline and ear lobes to break out in a rash and itch day and night. I stopped using it and went back to another off brand and have no more problem on the barcoe it reads promeanade SA 78121 priced at $9.29. I am 63 and always get my hair cut there it was the product that caused the problem I would like to know why. I am asking for a refund, but would like to know. I have never had any reaction before and since. Tank you

Hello Linda I hear your problem and I agree with you and it was best idea to stop using the product. I am a hair stylist and I too had a reaction to all Regis Designline products. It didn't help the situation that it was the ONLY product that we used in the salon. I also had a rash on my hands that started at the joints of my fingers and worked the way to my wrist. It would get painful and I had to wear gloves while working. The problem however just got worse my hands, palms and top looked like someone poured elmers glue and let it dry and itched at it, I had to go to the doctor and get a steroid cream, didn't help. After I left the salon 3 weeks later my hands made a complete recovery, turns out I was allergic to something in the Designline. So all in all you most likely your allergic to something in the product as I do. This is not uncommon I've heard people be allergic to Designline as well.
