The above passport was issued to my wife Smt.MARUPUREDDI VENKATAKRISHNA MANI MADHURI when we were staying in chennai.
My wife due to some misunderstanding went to refer a complain with the State Women Commission Tamil Nadu. Case no. 2874/wc/07.

Despite several summons issued by State Women Commission to appear before the Commission she did not come and tried to avoid even when the Commission wanted to contact her by her given telephone numbers.
Then the Commission gave a final notice to both of us to appear before the Commission on 12th August 2008. for a amicable settlement. I appeared before the Commission on 12th August 2008. and submitted to the Commission that I am prepared to take her to my present stay. But She did not appear in front of the Commission.

Despite the Commission's advise telephonically on the same plea, she did not come.

In the about circumstances I apprehend that she is trying to go abroad along with my daughter (MARUPUREDDI NEHA) without my knowledge with the help of her brother (GADAM. RAVINDRANATH ) and cousine ( RAM PRASHAD RAO ).

I therefore request you to take appropriate action for not issuing a duplicate/ fresh passport in favor of my wife and daughter.

I shall be grateful for your kind action.
