REGARDING DUE DATE PAYMENT

Dear Sir/madam,
Myself Mr.Jaykumar Chauhan holding SBI Credit Card since last 1-2 years.My Card No-4317575184184530.The statement send by you people is always delayed & i am forced to pay the due date charges.The last statement recd. is on 15/11/07 & date mentioned on statement is 22/10/2007.The total due amount mentioned is Rs.593.52.
It is not possible for me to pay the excess amount wihout any fault.
Please look into it.Matter most urgent.
