Have succesfully used 360Pro share for about year or more since buying life membership, but download speeds had dwindled to low levels. Thgt my ISP was "shaping'' broadband dowload speed bacause of overuse. (common here). Went to Google found a small bit of code which promised to speed downloads through my ISP's mirror site. (don't do it, you'll regret it!) 360Share Pro refused to boot up after that. Panicked as you do. Contacted http://www.360Share.com/fix/ and followed their three page fix for deleting and then downloading new version, no luck. The killer coding directed the program to a Gui location. Went back and switched off Windows Onelive Care's firewall after it could not retore 360 (because like a lot of others I had never backed that programme up!!) So with firewal off went to all programmes and deleted all traces of 360SharePro, then using Window XP's help and support site (press start) reset computer back three days to when 360SharePro DID work and voila back to normal. Some do a system restore by setting computer back to when 360 worked (it wil not remove anything downloaded up to the present when you do go back in time). Winows OneLive care will not let you reset back to the former date with the firewal on, but just switch it off for the 20 minutes or so it takes to do the job, then make sure you switch it back on. Oh, and do what I'm doing today, back up those valuable programmes.
