REFUND POLICY

MAGICJACK REFUSED TO REFUND THE UNUSED PORTION OF MY SERVICE AFTER I CANCELED, STATING THEIR POLICY IS NO REFUND. THEY EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO "SPREAD THE WORD" ABOUT THEIR COMPANY, BUT OBVIOUSLY ONLY IF IT'S A "GOOD" WORD. WELL, I WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE MY MAGICJACK WORKED LESS OFTEN THAN IT SHOULD HAVE; WAS CONSTANTLY CAUSING ME TO REBOOT MY COMPUTER AND HAD A FAINT SIGNAL ABOUT 80% OF THE TIME. IT WAS ALSO VERY SLOW TO BOOT UP EVERY DAY. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPANY DIDN'T GIVE REFUNDS. WELL, I DON'T SUPPORT COMPANIES WHICH DON'T SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER. BUSINESS IS A TWO-WAY STREET. NO MAGICJACK FOR ME!
