I bought I samsung refrig. a little over 2 yrs. ago, about 4-6 ago, the refrig. temp. started rising, beside the fact that the water dispenser hasn't worked for a while, ( thought it might be the $40.00 filter so we replaced it, and it didn't change anything).we need the refrig. to keep the food cool. We took off the back panel and the coils were fozen, we took a hairdryer and for hours defrosted the coils, the refrig. worked for a few months, but now we are going through the same problem, the temp. is blinking and rising and we are losing food, and can't buy food for the refig. I will never buy anything again with the name samsung, thought this name brand would be reliable. When you buy a brand new frig., you would think that it would last at the least 10-15 yrs.

I purchased a Samsung $6, 000.00 SRS75QDUS fridge 5 months ago and the service agents came to adjust the door as they were not lined up. In the process a plastic bush on the hinge was lost so the door clunked when opening and closing. After 5 months of regular complaining to SAMSUNG and their service agent a bush was not available so a new door was ordered ( wrong one ) not supprised and all the doors if they could get one the bush is fixed in and can't be removed except mine that fell out. So a new fridge is about to replace the one needing a 10cent plastic bush.
Fingers crossed it happens. Samsung byers beware.
Not the first time I have had service or faulty products with the Samsung Brand.
