We contracted Randy Reece and Reece Communication to assist us with the set up of our call center. Randy Reece misled us, over charged us and eventually stole $8090 from us.
Randy Reece took a deposit from us in the amount of $1590 on March 5th for work to be completed. Randy Reece took an additional deposit from us of $6500 on March 17th for software that needed to be ordered. In writing dated March 17th Randy Reece signed a letter that stated he and Reece Communications would reimburse our deposit within 10 days if we did not want to proceed. We cancelled the order dated March 24th. Randy Reece has spent our money and refuses to give us a refund of any portion of the amount outstanding.
$8090 has been stolen by Randy Reece and Reece Communications. We want a full refund immediately. All of this information can be supported by documents signed and agreed upon by Reece Communications and Randy Reece himself.
