I was trying to find the father of my child, and bought the $39.95 package from GovDeathRecords.com - which goes to RecordsLogin.com when you purchase. I noticed the receipt from ClickBank said the publisher's Site was www.Gov-Resources.com; I tried my username and password, and couldn't access it.

I tried another site on Google - www.Government-Records. com - which also went to RecordsLogin, and my name/pass were accepted there. Obviously this is a scam involving several different addresses.

When you get into RecordsLogin, most of the links don't work - for instance, I tried the People Search Network, and quite a few sites came up saying there were members of that name I had typed on their sites, but when I clicked the 'view records' button, nothing happened - the page just jumps a little. same for every site.

There is very little info to access - I spent hours trying to get this site to work, and am very sad to have wasted the money and time!!!

I JUST GOT RIPPED OFF FOR 29.94 ON RECORDSLOGIN.COM. THIS IS A RIP OFF. THEY GAVE ME NO INFORMATION AT ALL. WHEN YOU PUT IN INFO FOR A PERSONS BACK GROUND OR CRIMINAL CHECK IT GOES TO A NOWHERE SCREEN. THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL. I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGES.

I got ripped out of 69.99...tHEY USE TO TELL ME i WAS GETTING A REFUND BUT NOTHING NOW AND NO MONEY BACK ON MY ACCOUNT
Hello.(this is long with proof!) Here are 2 reciepts I have I thought I was getting 2 different records but the DMV one never worked it went strauight to recordlogin.. Ok I have sent deveral klatters I wanted eith both to work or a refund for one IF they both were the same, I have sent proof I paid and used only 1 now I have not none. The one that did work has been shut down. I have 69.99 paid and nothing back on my card so I can renew I need someone to help me. I want the DMV one and something to et me know I have it and passwords login whatever, , if I cant not get that one pls refund me the money of 39.99 and let me keep my record login... I would rather have the DMV one but now I can not log in the records one, , I keep getting emails I can help you I have responded and then I get I will get a refund now somewhere is 69.99 of my money and I have neither. I want one pr both IF they are different!!!

I already had the records login and I have it now. I also ordered this and both were taken off my card. I wrote and explained I have 2 of the same kind I wanted the DMV records and I can not login in because of the mix up of both sites. I can log in one but not the other I got a confermation but both sites are the same site and non on DMV bit got chagred twice 39.99 on one and 29.99 on the other. can I get the DMV beings I paid and never got my money back on my card? I have the card number and all confermations. thank you.

Hi,
I wish I had come across this complaints board first. Unfortunately I learned the hard way and paid them 51 USD before the problems started. Basically the same scenario and promises to get a refund, which - guess what - is still pending.
I have however some news. Although there is mentioning in their terms and conditions that they fall under Ontario law, they are neither located in Canada or the USA. In fact, they operate from the UK and rent servers with Belgamcom in Belgium.
I am including some details below and will undertake steps from within the EU to address this major scam issue. I will actually file a complaint today with the computer antifraud squad of the Belgian authorities (which I have done succsfully in the past).

The more of us file complaints the better. I will refer in my complaint to this website and the ongoing scam for over one year.

They are thieves and con artists. Google are accepting an adwords paid campaign from them. If anyone knows how to report it to Google then do so and the campaign will be stoped.

Their site and service is very 'professional' and funded heavily. They appear to be in Canada/USA but probably diding in a mountain in Afhganistan earning for Bin Laden


Also, My advice is to report your card stolen or lost otherwise they will debit your card again and again.

Well, I'm not the only person to get ripped off. I'm a senior citizen, who is on a very close budget.
I put my trust in Records Login, that I could find some answers regarding my family. I ordered the $39.95 package. I've just had it a few days, but will call my credit card company and put in a complaint. As like the rest of you, I was sent to other sites, and for an additions $39.95 I could LOOK at the information, I wonder if there really is more information, or is that another scam?

total scam. tried to cancel subscription 30 minutes after I signed up. Used myself as trial, no information available. tried to get a refund and they sent me a reply their support team would look at it and would get back to me in 48 hours. never heard from anyone. I got my bank statement today not only didn't they refund my $19.95 they charged me $ 35.40. for what I have no idea. I can't seem to get a phone number anywhere to call so I guess i'll call my card holder and get a lawyer. so much for honest help. I am very glad I saved ALL correspondence so I have proof. I will be calling the better business bureau and anyone else who deals with scams and frauds. I certainly won't lay down and take this!!! lyenges

THIS WEBSITE IS NO GOOD I PURCHASED IT AND IT DO NOT GIVE ME NOTHING I ASK FOR AND EVERY TIME I SEND A MESSAGE THE THE SUPPORT CENTER THEY WRITE BACK TELLING ME TO GIVE THEM THE NAME AND THEY WOULD LOOK UP THE INFORMATION IF I WANTED TO DO THAT I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THE SITE FOR MYSELF I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO CALL THEM EVERY TIME I LOOK UP SOMETHING!!!

Totally agree with all of the above, what a waste of money and time. Tried to search for my brother and found i dont even exisit! ( Like the investigator from the UK, . i wish the taxman thought the same!!! ) What do you do, even in this day and age when we all should know better we still put our trust in these a@@@holes in the hope they can give us the answers we are looking for.

WELL, I'M WAITING WITH BATED BREATH TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS, BUT I AM COVERED BY MY CARD COMPANY IF THEY DON'T DO THE REFUND.
SEE WHAT DETERMINATION GETS YOU?

This is a scam I also found out after I subscribed. I was lucky I went thru paypal and they had the number for Clickbank this is the name that appears for payment . They are legit as far as I know. They handle the money end for alot of companies online. If your charge shows up as Clickbank try calling them their number is 1 800 390 6035 I called them and told them that Reportslogin was a scam and they said they would refund my money.

I REALLY PUT MY TRUST INTO THIS COMPANY TO HELP ME FIND INFORMATION I NEEDED TO GO ON WITH MY LIFE. I DON'T THINK THEY KNOW OR EVEN CARE ABOUT THE LIVES THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF.
EVERY SITE THEY SEND YOU TO EITHER SENDS YOU TO ANOTHER SITE THAT WANTS YOU TO PAY AGAIN OR THE PAGE WON'T OPEN AT ALL. THIS IS WRONG AND VERY CRUEL WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO PEOPLE WHO PUT THEIR TRUST INTO THIS. MOST REALLY CANT AFFORD TO LOSE THEIR MONEY DOING THESE SCAMS

I just bought into this service and I agree with many of the comments listed above.
I was niave to expect to get a good service from a site I did no proper research on.
According to thier search results I dont exist nor does my telephone number.
I just wish the tax man thought that.
I am going to ask for my money back but if you guys in the states cant get it I've little chance in the UK.
I will be publishing this apparent scam as wide as possible should I not get the proper resonse.Keep you 'all posted.

This is a scam. I just tried you out checking on a death certificate that I a m holding in my hand. It is an authorized death certificate for Margaret A. Connolly who died in Jersey City, NJ on May 3, 1901. You responded there are no Connollys. The name "Connolly" is as common as "Smith". If I do not hear back from you immediately, I will call my credit card and cancel.
