Um, did you not read the fine print below when ordering? Or hear the rest of the info? They state in every commercial that once you order one DVD, you will receive more DVD's monthly. How else do you think they'd make money? It's one of those "I guess since they shipped it, I'll keep it anyway instead of taking the time to cancel my membership" things.
