over due bill

I consigned for my grandson to get a cell phone when he was 17 years old, he lost the phone and changed to his mothers plan. Sprint said that he owed them $105.00, but he never got a bill. They turned it over to receivablesperf in my name because I co-signed. I told them the first time they called to send me a bill, and I would take care of it to which they replied that they couldn't send me a bill. I told them no bill no pay. My grandson went to the Sprint store and paid the bill, but the phone calls haven't stopped. They call four or five times a day, and are very rude.
