I bought two dresses at the beginning of September, paid for an expedited shipping and got absolutely nothing. It's been almost two months. I think they really didn't care about it. I called them multiple times and each time I had to tell about my problem from the very start and each time I heard that the items are on their way. On their way to where? To the moon?
It's terrible. I will wait one more week and then I will ask for a refund. Don't know what to expect, but it's better than doing nothing.

It is now over two months and still no sign of my package! I have no idea where my order is and when will it arrive and RebelCircus support service is absolutely useless and only make fun of me! I contacted them many times and they said my order was on its way. Their rep said that I was too nervous and need to calm down! What kind of support says thing like that to a customer? They are nasty and absolutely unprofessional, just a bunch of clowns! I want my money back but they said no! Stay away from this terrible scam seller!

I have purchased several shirts from RebelCircus and when I received them I was very disappointed because size was incorrect and nothing fit. That was strange because I used their size guide when I made an order. The quality of the clothing was also very poor and material was very thin. I was very disappointed because these shirts were very expensive. One shirt cost me $40! Contacted customer service and they agreed to give me a refund. They do care about their customers and that's nice, but I will not be ordering anything from them again.

Just after Christmas, I ordered a hoodie from Rebel Circus (order ##[protected]). I quickly received an order confirmation and shipping notice with a tracking number. But no package arrived. I went to the postal service (no easy feat since I'm recovering from major surgery and on crutches hence unable to drive) and spoke with a supervisor who looked into it. She determined that the package was sent to the address it was addressed to. That address wasn't mine and wasn't even in the same postal route as my address. She believed that I had been given the wrong tracking number. Rebel Circus customer service took over a week to "contact" the post office after that. They say the post office told them the package had been delivered to me. This makes me believe they only had the post office look at the information tied to the tracking number. Therefore they won't do anything to fix this situation. As far as I can tell, Rebel Circus made an error in their order fulfillment and shipping and a second error by poor customer service. I just would like either a hoodie or my money back.

Scam. I have bought jeans and 4 t-shirts from www.rebelcircus.com. The seller emailed me after 5 days and told that he hasn’t had these items. I told that I wanted to change the order then, but it turned out that the seller didn’t have other items at all. I asked to provide refund in the last email, but the seller still hasn’t provided it or even replied. Be careful and find another, more honest company.

I will never again use the website www.rebelcircus.com. I have bought from them several months ago, but all clothes, which I bought from them, were already in bin. The quality was so awful and I wore these items only several times. I posted bad reviews on the website, but the owners didn’t care. They didn’t react and I wanted to warn other people that the clothes were bad and overpriced.

I placed my order on the website www.rebelcircus.com several weeks ago. I paid about $500 for the order and postage, but the seller provided the empty confirmation email. I continued to wait for the news, but nothing. I sent several emails, but no response. After 3 weeks my order hasn’t been delivered. The seller continued to keep silence. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I found nice dress on the website www.rebelcircus.com and bought it. It arrived and I was so happy, but the seller mixed the order and delivered black dress with red stripes, but I ordered white dress with black stripes. I filled the form on the website, but no one replied. Also I tried to reach the customer services, but they again ignored me. The services are the worst, and I won’t advise you to buy from them. It might be a good idea, if people write about their experience with this seller.
