Ordered modem for Comcast High Speed Internet from broadbandoffers.com in June 2007. Mailed rebates with all required forms within 2 weeks. Never heard a thing from broadbandoffers.com Followed up monthly with their online website. In December 2008 they posted online that they sent the checks in October. Never received them! They said it was too late to reissue them since the checks expired in December. Interesting how they posted the check mailing date in December - when the checks expired and they refuse to reissue them. DO NOT BUY YOUR MODEM FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS A SCAM!

I ordered a Motorola Cable Modem on October 2007 using a special promotion that was going to provide me with a free (after $79.95 mail-in-rebate) Motorola cable modem from Broadbandoffers. Today, February 4, 2008, I did not receive any of the offers, including another $100. for ordering Comcast High-Speed Internet, and another $30.. that I never received. Why are you doing this to customers?

I was thrilled to find the "mail-in rebate" offer for a high speed internet modem for Comcast through broadbandoffers.com. So far I have been unable to print my rebate forms to even send in for the rebate. I have tried every which way on multiple systems and servers. My frustration brought me to multiple sites with negative posts by other folks that have had zero results in even getting their rebates. Which leads me to believe, by the time I can or if I can get these forms printed, I would have wasted my time anyway since no refund will even be issued! What a hoax!!!
