Rebate lost in nowhere land...

Well, it seems I've also fallen victim to AT&T's joke of a rebate offer on my Motorola Q that I purchased last November. Mailed everything on time, copied it, and never heard anything. After about 10 weeks I called and spoke with a very nice lady in customer service - taking care of my account - and asked if she could help me find out about my rebate offer of $150.00. Well, after providing all the details, resending everything like I was instructed to, STILL NOT REBATE!!! And a then when I realized that it's NOT A CHECK, but a credit/debit card?!?!?!?! Okay, what's the joke here. I never had any problems with Cingular and the way this is going, the "old cingular" may be losing a customer - and I have 5 accounts with them!!! Can you tell I'm not very happy? Anyone heard of "7 on Your Side"? It's an NBC affiliate station in Washington DC that takes complaints like these and tries to help you. Maybe I'll be calling them - SOON! Or the Better Business Bureau! Any other suggestions or even anyone's luck with this issue to share??? Please do if you don't mind! Diana
