Realtor.com lead buying service

I bought a 12 month lead package from mike moses at realtor.com for $250 a month. He was very helpful selling however I have not had any success for 5 months now and he said he would be available all along the way and would change plans if nothing came from the leads. I have called mike moses over 8 times and customer service at realtor.com 4 times and have not been helped. Mike said bill his supervisor would be calling me over 10 days ago and 5 voice mails on mike moses's phone have produced nothing. Realtor.com has offered no help and has not lived up to their part of the deal. They called me right away when my credit card had a problem but never when I needed help. I would like some personal help like I was promised or the contract cancelled early due to their negligence.

Realtor.com be careful

If you want to risk your money, then it's the right place for you. They will never work with you until you agree to pay them the whole amount of money before they do something: be it selling or purchasing a house. Read the contract carefully along with the smallest words and ask questions if you misunderstood something. Don't let them fool you around and get your money for nothing.

Realtor.com lead program

I am a former employee of Realtor.com who is seeking justice for the horrible/illegal business practices. Mediation set for Nov. 2017. I was terminated for not wanting to participate in the lies. If you have been taken advantage of by Realtor.com in anyway, now is the time to help stop the VP of sales. He runs the illegal cash ring there and makes close to $100k a month taking advantage of you. My lawyer would love to talk to anyone of you as we are preparing for mediation.

Just let me know the times (in 30 min. intervals) you can be available for a phone call and I'll check to see which of those times works for her. Her firm is out of Beverly Hills. Thanks.

Realtor.com misleading information regarding their service

I signed up with realtor.com on March 18th 2017 to get leads. when I called Anthony (my sales rep) I specifically asked about their contracts, how long do I have to be in contract with them. I was worried about not liking the service and not being able to cancel. He told me "there is no contracts, you can cancel at any time" so I agreed to it. I NEVER received a welcome email with the terms of this deal, an email with tools to help me work my leads or any information regarding my sales rep such as how to contact him. a few weeks went by and someone from customer service called me and left a message, I called back and asked why haven't I get any leads, well they had the wrong email address, so I thought it was fixed then I got a lead or two (which weren't any good) then I got another phone call from them again. they still had my all email address. Anyways I'm not getting the results THEY PROMISED so I call today trying to cancel and all I got was transferred twice to two completely random people and I was even tried to say that I was lying about the email address being wrong because he had nothing on his file about that, He said I was on a contract for 12 months (which I don't have any record of nor did I signed a contract) his name is Christian and he said to me "do whatever you want WE ARE NOT CANCELLING THE SERVICE and that I signed to get leads not closings" WHAT THE HELL? How am I supposed to get money, from leads if I don't go to closing with them?
I am not happy with the service, I'm not getting what I was promised I would and as of today I consider my contract cancel.

I'm submitting a complain with the BBB.org and I will cancel my withdrawals from realtor.com

I'm dealing with the same issue. I cancelled within 3 days via their policy and still couldn't get it done. I'm going to completely switch banks so that I can stop the deductions. Their website actually states that we give the bank permission to give them our account information if we try to change the account.
I too dealt with Anthony. What a racket! How is there not a class action lawsuit over this yet? I think we need to find an attorney.

Realtor.com lead generation

I will never sign up for a lead generation program with Realtor.com ever again. The customer service is terrible, they tell you that you will recieve X amount of leads and you end up getting several duplicates, I have called several times to verify when the contract will be up and the dates keep changing (how I don;t know) I was paying almost $600 a month for a year and maybe sold 4 off of the leads. Should have sold waaaayyyy more! Never again.

Realtor.com discrimination on disabled man.

I have contact three realtor>com and all have refused my buying or never called back. 1 of them a realtor refused to even return two calls but a text. She finally returned the call and informed she's not qualified to answer any question as she had to much to drink and was drunk. This was so wrong so I tried a different one. I gave her all what i'm looking for both business and home. Her quote was great I have a commercial broker that do the commercial and she handle the home. There was never a return call or email with the homes. Yesterday I searched for another broker or agent ann gladly too my challenge and contacted after two showings and informed she would call later. This was a lye and when I tented her she never called back or even tried. I tented her and asked her why. "she was tired and just got home" funny I waited for that call and never called. Her actions are a violation of my ada rights and is a federal crime. Give me a hill billy with no teeth and they will do there best to get the job done. This realtor is a scam and a joke big time. I think a federal inquire needs to investigate the crimes going on.

Realtor.com unauthorized credit card charges

I am writing another complaint on Realtor.com. On May 23, 2016 I contacted realtor.com to obtain leads for my real estate business. I was told by Greg Libby that I had 3 days to cancel if I was unhappy with the product. I cancelled my product the very next day by phone with my credit card company on the line with me. I cancelled because realtor.com charged my card twice by mistake. I called because I wanted to confirm by phone call to realtor.com with my credit card company that I cancelled. Once we spoke to the representative and cancelled I hung up. Realtor.com stopped sending me leads and then in June they started sending leads again. I contacted them and told them that I cancelled and they stated that they had no record of that. Realtor.com stated that I only called and requested that they stop billing my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and they had it in the notes that I called. My credit card company cancelled my account and issued me a new card and number because realtor.com continued to send leads and bill my card. I received a letter today stating that they are disputing my charges for June 2016 because they sent me leads. I have my telephone calls, a email from Mr. Libby stating I cancelled and they are still calling me for payment for June of 2016.

Can someone please stop this unethical behavior of realtor.com. They say one thing and then do another. I cancelled within the 3 day cancellation period and this has been a nightmare since May. My credit card company is requesting my telephone bill to show how many times I contacted realtor.com. They charged me 79.00 dollars for June and I did not utilize any of their products in June. They continued to send the lead information although they knew I cancelled my subscription on May 24, 2016 so that they could get paid.

They are now calling me requesting a payment of $191.00 dollars for June when I did not receive any products. I called them in May and June requesting them to stop sending me leads. I have a letter that I wrote to my credit card company in regards to this dispute. I want the harassment to stop. I want them to return the 79.00 dollars they charged me in June.

I can provide you any documentation you need including the dispute I sent. to my credit card company

Realtor.com lead generation

I am writing this review because I don't want any other agent to loose money with this company. I decided to work with realtor.com back on May 23, 2016. Realtor.com charged my card twice for the same product. My credit card company contacted me on May 24, 2016 in reference to suspicious activity on my card from realtor.com. I was extremely upset because once realtor.com over charged my card, I was away on vacation and had no additional cash or credit card to use so I had to borrow money for the remainder of my vacation. I called realtor.com on May 24, 2016 along with my credit card company and it was revealed that realtor.com charged my card twice my mistake and I would have to wait for the other charge to drop off. I cancelled with the representative on May 24, 2016 and told them I no longer wanted the product because of the over charge. Realtor.com representative stated that she would cancel the product and I would not have any worries. Needless to say they kept charging my account. Due to the fact that I called my credit card company on the line they heard the entire conversation and shut down my card and issued me an entirely new one so that realtor.com could stop receiving money. After filing a complaint with my credit card company and calling everyday for 3 or 4 days with hours spent on the phone, they finally agreed to return the money they took from my card. Please understand that they stated that they dont have anything stating I cancelled. Realtor.com stated I had 3 days to cancel. Today on August 29, 2016 I received a phone call from realtor.com stating I have a $191.00 dollar balance. I asked them "for what". realtor.com stated that it was the payment for June of 2016. I stated I didn't have an account with you in June of 2016. The representative stated that I still owe the money. Hun? Please Please Please, this company is horrible. DO NOT USE REALTOR.COM

Has anybody contacted an attorney regarding these supposedly contracts with realtor.com I have never received a receipt for payments I have never received a contract and that leads I received were also very very low in a high producing area . Has NARds been no notified week guarding these issues. I also am looking to get out from underneath their claws and wanted to know if anybody had forced the issue you gotten an attorney or spoke to a real stated attorney . Obviously they continue to send a bill even if you change your credit card so that is a big issue when you have a clean credit report.

Realtor.com new update

Their latest update is a complete nightmare! www.realtor.com was great in the past but after they updated their app it gave me nothing but headache. It is the slowest site you can imagine and it is absolutely impossible to use it. When you're clicking somewhere it takes over a minute to load the page and sometimes it freezes and all you can do is refresh the page. I can' t use this site!
I was a Realtor user since 2013 and loved this site. The person who worked on this new update must me crazy! They destroyed everything!
And I'm not the only one who thinks that way, just look at all the reviews online.

Realtor.com lead generation

Realtor.com is the absolute worst company i've ever done business with. After being solicited many times by one of their sales reps, I gave them a shot. I signed up with them mainly because the sales man said that I can cancel at any time and that they weren't any commitments. I figured why not buy a lot of zips and figure out if this system worked for me. After paying $700 plus a month for a total of 4 months, I noticed what a scam this place really was. They sent me worthless leads. Realtor.com sent me customers inquiring about deeply discounted properties. They sent me leads of people asking about a property priced at 80k when in reality the lowest price home on the market in that zip was 300k plus. This happened non stop for 4 months and I began to become fed up. I wrote 25 plus emails to realtor.com requesting my services being terminated with not one response. I called in multiple times and was given brick walls from sales reps teling me "I need to take this matter up with a manager and that they're response time for getting back to me would be 24-48 hours". After requesting to speak to a manager multiple times and waiting weeks to hear back from someone, I demanded to speak to a manager immediately and would not hang up with realtor.com until they made that happen. On a side note, I know someone who used to work at realtor.com and he informed me that in an effort to retain their business, when put in a corner like that, realtor.com sales reps just hands the phone to another sales rep and poses to be a manager. I witnessed first hand proof of this. The moment I demanded to speak to a manager, the sales rep just handed my call off to another sales rep. This is how I proved it. I jotted the name and phone number down of the person claiming to be a manager, I then had one of my realtor friends call her asking about starting a lead generation contract with the company, they talked for a bit and after a while my realtor friend asked if she was a manager or a sales rep... Her answer was "i'm not a manager sir, i'm a sales rep but I can help you get started with the service and you will be able to cancel within the first 3 days with no commitments". After documenting all of this, I tried demanding realtor.com to cancel my services with them. After being thrown another brick wall, I threatened to cancel my credit cards and then they threatened to send me to collections. After numerous attempts trying to cancel my services with them, I produced all my proof to the national board of realtors liaison with realtor.com and he took care of canceling my account and I got a "sincere" apology from someone at realtor.com claiming to be a manager. Stay away

Realtor.com lead generation services

Please do not waste your money on realtor.com leads - they are absolutely worthless! The sales person at realtor.com told me I would have a certain number of impressions. Clients who clicked on speak with a realtor were to be split into two categories: 50% of potential clients would reach me alone; and, the other 50% would be split between me and one other realtor. It has been 10 months now and every lead I speak with (usually within the first 5 minutes), has already been contracted by several agents and are so annoyed they will not even speak with me. The ones I do happen to reach first do not take my calls after, and, when I have asked them why, they say too many agents have called them. Realtor.com is the most worthless lead generation system.

Realtor.com rude customer representative

I was contacted today by a customer service representative because I am closing my account with them. The rep did not want to hear the reason why I do not want their services. He just wanted to sign me up for more of the same. I tried to give him some feedback but he interrupted me and stated he had "150 more phone calls to make". So I said, not a problem.

Any Realtor that subscribes to their services needs to be aware this is a subscription and once you are "subscribed" you CANNOT cancel it. The subscription is for ONE YEAR. Also, I was CONSTANTLY "spammed" via cell phone trying to sign me up for more services.

It's very unfortunate the Realtor's Association is affiliated with Realtor.com !

Realtor.com leads

I'm not even a realtor. However, my girlfriend is and she was contacted by a salesperson from realtor.com. Like everyone else has mentioned, the claim of you can cancel is complete and utter BS. They are charging my credit card monthly for an inept service that I never agreed to. I've tried calling and speaking to someone about this and have gotten no where. They claim to have provided to my bank a contract, which again I never signed or agreed to. Don't believe any claims made by the salespeople, as they are empty promises.

Realtor.com new site is terrible!

www.realtor.com used to be a great place, but then they updated their website! Their new design of the website is absolutely terrible! In the past it was very easy to search anything within certain parameters, but then they took away all the filters! Now this website is absolutely useless and I'm officially done with it. I really loved Realtor and I'm very disappointed. I hope they'll fix everything.

Realtor.com lead distribution

I called to cancel the co broker L.A. lead distribution, and was told my reason was not good enough and to go back and read my contract. Here was my reason, I complained why I am only receiving leads coming from Central L.A., and which the Realtor.com customer service rep explain at the time of the search that lead came from the only area in L.A. that was searing online. I would have to drive out back and fourth over 50 miles plus the additional miles to then show houses. Almost all my leads over 75% of them are from the same area. I was convinced when I signed up that Los Angeles is a broad range of zip codes and I would be getting leads form all over and to be ready because I was going to be very busy. I have not received not one lead other than what I have been received since I signed up. I spend over $600 a month for leads that I can not set out to service and or feel it is not worth my gas, time and pursue and exhaust my effort for. The resolution- I would like to see a variety of zip codes and price ranges. I feel as if Realtor.com is steering my direction for lead distribution. How can I get out of this mess.

Realtor.com leads

I was told when I signed up for leads in certain zip codes I would receive tons of leads per month. The leads I've gotten are people who are mostly working with other realtors!

I called several times even though I've only been signed up for over a month, and asked to cancel my contract and was told I cannot cancel. They made me sign up for a year as they would not allow month to month. I would like to cancel the contract and get my money back for what I've paid so far.

Realtor.com this site is ridiculous!

The new changes are absolutely horrible! After a full week none of the bugs have been fixed, and site still does not work! The man function is completely broken, every time you lose your original search, and it can be fixed only by restarting the page. Customers no longer can search only active listings, now they need to look through every listing! It takes a lot of time! All useful filters are gone! But there is no information about all these changes on their site, they could at least let the customers know they are upgrading the website. I hope they will fix all problems soon. I sent many messages to them and called their call center. Even sent them print screens explaining the probes, but they do nothing with it! This site is ridiculous!

I also think it has no value as to searches now and had just renewed my contract with them for Enhanced Listings in mid Nov 2015 and only renewed because it allowed me to put additional pictures and was told nothing about the coming changes and the fact that you can no longer search by # of photo's and when I complained was told I was stuck in the New Contract for another 10 months.
I will be litigating this as not only did I not get what I had been paying for for the last 10 years, but it is also not consumer friendly and when I used it to see what my Seller's & Buyer's would see I had all the same problems as above complaint making this site useless to Realtor's and Consumer's a like.

Realtor.com lead generation system from realtor.com is crap!

I too had a way too smooth sales person and in 2 months at @ 221.00 a month, have received 5 leads TOTAL. 1 was someone that would not return a call, email or text. The next 2 were manufactured home leads and in Oregon we have to have a special license to sell manufactured homes -- which I do not have. The next one was guy commenting on the picture of the toilet in the 1st picture on the listing -- he wasn't in any way interested in having a realtor call him, and the next one was someone asking who did the remodel on the house. Not one of the leads was worth a penny, much less the $440 that I have paid them. When I called to cancel the account today, they told me that I had agreed to a 12 month commitment -- and I did not sign anything with them. The Account Specialist would not help me and told me there was no manager or supervisor that I could talk with and that I was getting what I agreed to. REALTORS DO NOT PURCHASE THESE LEADS. THEY ARE CRAP & WORTHLESS!

Realtor.com buyer leads

I was told by Peter Kapp. I would receive 20 buyer leads per month. After the first month, I only received 3 leads. I contacted customer service and requested that they cancel my service and was then advise I would not be able to cancel and I would be responsible for paying the reminder of the 6 month contract. Also, the same day of requesting a cancellation, Majidian enrolled me into the fivestreet program without my authorization. Both services will now cost me $147.00 which I do not want.
