Pool is falling apart

I bought an above ground swimming pool from www.reallyezpools.com. On 7/25/06, It arrived on 8/11/06 (after calling numerous times). On 8/14/06 the pool was up and full of water. By 8/19/06 the pool was falling apart and peeling at the seems. I was told to send the pool back, which I did. A new pool was received on 9/15/06, which was the end of the pool season. So, I left it set, in its original box in my house through the winter. On 6/3/07, I set up the brand new replacement pool. On 6/14/07, the pool was peeling apart at the seams and ready to fall over. Now this is a large pool 12' x12' and could be very dangerous to children. I contacted the manufacture and they were un willing to help and have since refused to reply to my e-mails I have since filed a report to the Better Business Bureau (again) (9/19/06 and 6/18/07) Contacted several E-Bay members (not satisfied) The Federal Trade Commission, PayPal (filed a complaint 6-18/07), a host of other 'complaint Sites'. And I have contacted the DA's office who are considering options.

I just bought a Intex easy set pool about a month ago and already it has a leak in the inflatable ring that holds it up. I can't find the leak so I am thinking that it is in the seam. I can't go more than six hours without pumping it up again. I started talking to people whom have owned one of these pools and they all had the same complaint as me. This is making me very angry and I haven't started dealing with the company yet.

We do not agree with Ms Holsten's view of events. She did indeed buy a 12' x 12' pool package from us on July 25, 2006 and it arrived on the date she states. At the time of assembly, she did indicate a problem with the liner and we shipped her a brand new liner. As a way to apologize for the inconvenience, we sent her several free accessories. In fact, we have an email filled with pictures of her pool up and in use with her children at play. Her complaint stems from the fact the following year she discovered her dog had chewed up parts her liner, while she had it drained and stored in the garage. Though we offered to fix it for free, she demanded a full refund. Despite repeated attempts to work with her, she was unyielding in wanting a full refund. As to her claims of action against us from the government, eBay, Paypal or the local D.A. this is completely false, as they have found nothing to collaborate her claims. We value our membership with the Better Business Bureau and continue to maintain a very good rating with them. Thank you for your time.

I totally disagree with you. This company has given great service and stands by their products. It sounds as if someone is trying to railroad this company by posting slandering insults on the web.

I hope consumers do their homework and realize what the competition is trying to do with these types of remarks.
