Unable to stop Visa payments

I have been unable to contact REALARCADEGAMEPASS by email. I requested help from the fraud department of my Visa to help cancel payments but they had no success. Have contacted my Visa provider to help again, this is ongoing. If there is anyone out there that can help me please put reply on this web page. Thank you.

They don't make it clear that the only way to cancel your membership is to phone them. They have a special number for that 1-866-597-5508 it's toll free but they will want you to answer what seems like 20+ questions about their games and services and why you want to cancel as well as offering you free membership for a month or other bonus offers if you stay if you are persistent about canceling they with eventually ask you for all you account details, be sure to look up your account number before calling. Good luck canceling they don't make it easy.

I have been trying to access this company all day with a couple of different phone number. I keep getting the same voice telling me "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later." My next option is to change my credit card, which I don't really want to do, but if it will get the account off my billing, then what have I to lose. It just boils me that they want your money, but don't give service when it is needed. They certainly don't make cancellation easy!

Finally, after 5 hours of trying to get to this company to cancel my membership, I FINALLY GOT IT DONE! For those of you who have had trouble, here is the site and number I used:
http://service.real.com/contact/help.html and the phone number is: 1-866-212-1343. It only took a few moments, and it was a bit difficult to understand the person with whom I spoke. Just make it very clear you want your membership totally cancelled and don't give her a chance to ask a whole lot of questions...in other words cut her off, and keep repeating what you want. Eventually, she got the message. You will need your email address used to open this account, and the account number. But since I didn't have the number, she did use my name and postal code. Now the funds have been stopped and I asked for a confirmation email and confirmation number which she gladly provided. Hope this helps those of you who were having problems. Yahoo!

I have had this on my bank statement for several years £6-50.
I do NOT gamble or play computer games and quizzed my son
and grandson but both deny signing up. I will contact my credit card company to cancel. Thank you for allowing me the right of compaint. Peter aged 70yrs.

I am agree with the problem. I have got exactly the same problem on my credit card. I am wondering where I can get some help to remove or stop such deduction from my credit card bill.
