I did e same as all the people who ordered a free trial of Hoodiacut.

I was on a website that gave no disclosure nor confirmation in email... receivded package with no invoice or billing statements... very unfare business practices. I reported to the Attny General n Maine . there is some kindof law that all orders received and billed must be accompanied by invoice or statement...the same law may apply to other states. check yours.

I gave a call to that number and some guy named Sam Cisneros told me if I wanted to cancel to call 1-800-277-1597 to cancel furthur shipments and was denied a refund for the full bottle of 69.00 I called my credit card company to close my account for fear of fraud and not knowing what else will be charged by surprise. They told me send the pills back to the compan y though CERTIFIED MAIL... and fill out a dispute when I receive my credit card statement.

Please note that the address label on your packaage may be Real solutions Lab . I would like to know how this Eximpo Group is affilated with Real Soulutions Lab. I also have no knowledge on the website I made the order from for it has been temoved and taken off the net. These people are making it very difficult to be contacted and needs to be investigated by the FEDS...

I too saw the ad that popped up on Classmates.com They never said that you would be charged more than $6.95 for a free trial offer and NO WHERE did it mention I would be receiving an additional 30 day supply for $69.95 a month!! I look for that type of cheap ads and there was NO MENTION on this additional charge to my credit card. Sure enough, I got a 30 day supply from not Hoodiacut.com but from Real Solutions in Plano TX and so I searched and searched til I found a number to call and cancel the order and asked for an address to return the product. I then called my MC account and filed a dispute. Today I received info from the MC that they have withheld the monies being charged to my account and that I must now submit my feedback to their claim. The claim came from (ready for this) on letterhead from Steel Bridge Medical and they claimed I agreed to the terms and conditions of purchase by supplying them with my credit card...something about I didn't check off the BOX the transaction takes place. BS - I think if the FEDS are not looking into this, then Credit Card companies should be! I am taking this to the next level...and REFUSING them to charge me or I will cancel my Credit card which I've had for more than 26 years!!

was sent to me without my permission . It was charged to my bank account and I was not aware of

There is insufficient information in their advertising. For example, one has to order it to find out when it arrives that it should not be taken by a person on prescription meds. The call back # for cancelling is not included in any written communication with the company, nor is there a website for cancellations. People should avoid their come on.

I am grateful for the information in these complaints. I used that information to cancel my order, but as all of the above, I'm stuck with another charge to my account. Hopefully, this will be the end of this, and I probably won't order anything "free" over the internet again.

I along with hundreds, thousands of others was lured into this scam. I never authorized any further shipments. I have already notified my bank, however, after reading some of the comments here, I guess I will have to cancel my account as well.

I too got hooked on the freebie add and just received another bottle of the stuff that didn't work for me. I've called my credit card company and they gave me a phone # 1-877-492-9036 that got thru to them. I've canceled any future orders and they gave me a confirmation #. We'll see if this works or not. I'm going to go ahead and file a complaint with my credit card company just to have it on file in case they try it again next month.

I also did not receive any receipt or shipping form with this latest order.

I also am a victim of the HoodiaCut product scam. It infuriates me that these types of companies are allowed to advertise on the web. I read the above complaints and am now alarmed and will have to cancel my debit card or have them block further transactions.

There is another company to be aware of:

Woman to Woman - vitamins, herbs, etc. They don't sell anything special that you cannot get at your local health food store. I was duped by them as well. the same sort of scam.

These kinds of people/companies need to be investigated by the FEDS.

This comment will be nothing new. I also ordered the free trial and payed shipping and handling. I have since received 3 shipments that I did not order. I am cancelling my credit card as a result of this behavior. Where is our so-called government when an obvious fraud like this is taking place, and the government definitely knows about it...

Below you will find the email that I sent to Real Solutions and it was returned of course. Like many of you I paid for the sample and then was charged. I had to cancel my card for it to stop. Now I want my money back!!! I was told even when you ship the merchandise back they dont even open them they just throw them away package and all. If anyone knows of someone that gets further I will be glad to join in the fight to get this processed. I asked for the CEO CFO and anyone with a name all they new was a group called Real Solutions. Does anyone live in Plano and looked to see if it is actually a building?


I purchased a small bottle of the Hoodia Cut pills to try out in April and was not able to consume them for medical reasons. Then my bank calls me in April and lets me know that there is some illegal credit going through on my card and we cancel the card. In May I received a large bottle of the Hoodia Cut merchandise and I sent it back with a note stating that I did not care for the item and had it delivered Fed Ex. I was informed that you throw them away without even opening the package to see who it is from or anything. I would like a refund but it seems that I am unable to get this because you have no record of when the item was shipped back? Oh and I guess the item is falsley advertised because if you do not call to cancel in 4 days of getting supplies you can not return for a refund? It would be nice to hear from the CEO of this company because I am sure he is making a killing on charging people before they receive the merchandise and then they find out that they can neither return it or get a refund. I have written a letter to the Better Business Bureau and If I do not get a response I will also call Dateline and 60 minutes so that they may also see what false advertising can do and how people are getting cheated out of their money for a product that can be harmful for some with health issues.

It is outrageous that I received an item I did not order. I called my credit card company immediately plus wrote to the company Real Solutions Lab with my complaint. The customer service person at Real Solutions stated that I would not be charged for the additional Hoodia Cut ($59.95). If there is any more problem I will dispute it through the credit card company who have helped me on several occasions with problems. I had already talked to my MD who stated that I should not take this herb because I was being treated for hypertension. Good Luck!

Glad to see that I am not the only one who has been taken by a company. I keep getting orders and never asked for them. I did want the sample bottle and paid for it, just alot more than I was expecting. I am not done with the company and will keep till they are stopped for taking people of money that is not theirs. I talked to a Keith at 1-800-277-1597. He told me that they will not refund the money but would stop shipment of any more orders. Please for yourself make the call and stop them from taking more from everyone. Good luck
