| I recieved a package in the mail that I never ordered called xanithin 3 never heard of it there's no website or number to call the company to cancel. The package come with no order form. Just today money was taken from my account. I canceled my account. I know it's not over yet with these people . |

I responded to an ad to receive one order of pills free and I just paid shipping and handling. I received the pills, but last week I received another bottle that I did not order. I haven't received my credit card statement yet for either purchase, but after reading these complaints, I'm sure I have been charged for both orders. Please register my complaint.

I have also recieved xanithin3 in the mail.There is no inv0ice or record or number to call.If s anyone finds a number please print it so all of us who have been taken advantage of can do something about it.

| hey i also got sent the trial product for the xanithin3 pills or whatever and i was given this number to call and cancel its 1-866-951-1393. i hope its the right number for you. also you can go to the site www.xanithin3.com and theres an unsubscribe button down at the bottom left of the page. i did both just incase. they gave me a confirmation number showing that i canceled it when i called too incase theres any argument about it. hope that helps. |

| I receive xanithin3 also in the mail without any paperworks. I made a cancellation on this offer when i found out from my bank that I got a posting from them for $88.85 without my authorization. They cancelled me but i still got charged and I have to file a dispute with my bank. I guess they should wait for a go signal from people whom they wanted to try their products before charging them. |

| I ordered this product on October 21st and still have not received it. After googlin the Company's name I contacted Xanithat 866-951-1393 and got a woman on the phone who told me that she is going to cancel any future orders . I hope she did in the first place. I try calling the company again this morning because I still have not received my trial order and now the telephone number is not working for me.I'm never going to order anything on-line again. Now-a-days there are all kinds of scam out there which you have to look out for. |

| I also keep getting charged for these diet pills that I did not authorize. My bank says only way to stop is to cancel my acct. Why should I need to go thru all this if I didn't agree. Beware who you give your card number to because it will cost you headaches in the longrun! Plus you can't even contact them. Where are they??? |

| I ordered Xanithin3 on a 10 day trial basis on the 7th of February. I called on the 17th to cancel the order (which I never even received) and I was told my credit card had been billed for the second bottle that shipped on the 17th. I was told they could not refund the money, that I should have called yesterday (the 16th). To me, a 10 day trial should be just that. 10 days. They do not deliver the same day you order the product. They are counting the 7th, the day I order it, as one of the trial days! This is outrageous! I wish I would have done more research. Had I seen all these complaints, I never would have ordered from them. To be honest, I did not even want the product, but the credits I would have received on a facebook application. I did not even receive the credits! These people have no integrity whatsoever. |

| I ordered the trial and took the pills for 2 days. I cancelled immediately because it caused my heart to race. They sent me another bottle, charged my account, causing a $33 overdraft and didn't care. Wish I had checked them out on this website first. They lied when they said you have time to try it and cancel. Then they sent more anyway after I had cancelled. |

It doesn't do you any good to go to the website and "unsubscribe", it doesn't cancel your subscription. You will see the following message.
"Entering your email address above will remove you from Xanithin3's mailing list. It will not cancel or otherwise modify your subscription. In order to cancel your subscription to Xanithin3, you must call 1-866-951-1393 during normal business hours. "
I hope calling the company does the trick. This company needs to be stopped ripping off people. |

| I ordered the xanithin3 myself but after reading about the side effects this stuff is having on people and the unauthorized charges I have cancelled my credit card. And I have not touched one pills at all. I just think that It Is so sad that this company Is ripping people off. And something should be done about these horrible side effects, headaches, jitters, fluttering heart, heart burn. After reading more negatives then ever and only two positives I am going with the negatives so people please If you are like me and ordered and recieved this product already don't take it I hear also It is like your on a drug and I also read where some women said she hullucinated and saw butterflies. That too scared the crap out of me.. I will just do the math the next time before giving these people another dime... |

Oh My Gosh!!! I wish I would have checked this out as well! I got the pills and my credit card was charged and I was furious that they just sent them without notifying me and charged my card. They should be stopped somehow! The Better Business Bureau? Who can we complain to get them off the web? I sent an email today, but will call tomorrow, business hours and cancel...fat chance of returning it or getting a refund...but they have my credit card info!!! May have to cancel it! They are crooks! I will NEVER order from a site like this again...rip off!

If you have been scammed by this company, please call or write your State's Attorney, Senator, local PostMaster (because they tell you "All products will be shipped USPS") and callyour local news station to complain about this company!
This company is scamming people across state lines!!!
I signed up for the "free" trial offer and did not get my product, but my card was charged!!!
