Timeshare "sold", no money received

About 15 May 11 contacted by Real Resort Solutions that they had buyer for our Worldmark timeshare. We were offered something over $20K. We agreed and then were transferred to Farley Granger (who joked about his name connection to the actor). He then said he had another offer of $30, 800 which of course was the better offer and would give a profit. We were switched to Mitchell Rice for verification and told we had to pay$1, 890 for the title search. We requested paperwork which they kept side stepping saying it would come when everything closed. I kept calling Farley & he would check & say everything was progressing and total time should be around 60 days. On 13 Jul 11 we were told all the papers were thru but we had to send a refundable $1, 500 for the closing. They would pay off the timeshare and we would get the difference plus the refund. Toward the end of July, as we were going out of town and wanted our money, I called and was told by a Don Davis that the purchaser was out of the country but would be back and close the 3rd wk of Aug. I have been trying since 15 Aug to reach them. They have changed the extension numbers from 3 digit to 4 digit with no directory to reach anyone except customer service which only allows a message to be left which nobody returns. Their website has a contact section but you can only write an email which they don't answer and the phone number listed in Los Angeles ends up giving the same customer service number nobody answers or returns calls from. Yes, we again believed our timeshare would be sold. I now have to try to get the credit card people to hopefully get our money back.
