I have not been credited $154.08 of 7 items returned 0n 22 Jan. 2008. The delivery to Direct Marketing Concepts ITV via UPS notification with RA # 59590146. The return included the original invoice per request.

Their website does not connect. I have been unable to contact their Customer Satisfaction Department.
