'Thanks for ruining my 1st Valentines Ready Flowers. Your online tracking system states that the flowers were delivered when they were not. Your bogus customer service line doesn't even have anyone to pick up the phone, it doesn't even ring a line and just cuts out. So only option is to email and then you keep saying the flowers were delivered which they NEVER arrived. And your excuse is that if the courier doesn't deliver the flowers it is not your fault. You asked for a delivery fee upon check out which makes YOU LIABLE. You then offer to redeliver but Valentines day is over so what is the point? Now you ignore all emails and I bet you be deleting this post quite quickly as complaints I read a few days ago have also been deleted. YOU FAILED to deliver on your promise, the flowers were ordered on 5 Feb for delivery on Valentines. I'll be going to the ACCC with this, I wished I read the reviews about Ready Flowers earlier because your company is a huge SCAM.'
Minutes later it disappeared. Several friends were reading it and then they could no longer see the message.
Why does this company still operate when there are scores of complaints? It is sickening to keep seeing consumers being scammed of their money and complaints go back 2 years. Why ahs nothign been done about this?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

The fact that I together with a bunch of friends wanted to urgently buy a creative bunch of wildflowers for a dear friend who is battling tests and therapy to beat her recent news of bowel cancer on the weekend & have it delivered promptly was done so beautifully & efficiently by Ready Flowers on the Monday. Our friend was just so delighted, it cheered her right up. She also forwarded a photo of the wildflower bunch – they were truly more beautiful than the picture depicted on the website. Thank you so much, congrats on a fine job Reafy Flowers! I have used you in the past and will continue to use you in the future
My daughter in law was thrilled. She is a fashion stylist and the flowers matched her dining room perfectly! I like that your arrangements are not just plain arrangements but you have cool modern designs too. Thanks ?

Same thing has happened to so many of us buy this crappy wanna be company. I want to know too why this company still operates.
