Just received a nasty letter about a "delinquent" payment for a magazine renewal. Have tried and tried to call and the recording keeps saying they are closed regardless of time of day. I am not delinquent. I renewed and paid for one year and they keep charging me for a second year. Please stop this outfit. They are unethical.
