Well it is obvious that Raymond James is one of the most irresponsible firms on Wall Street. Just look through the list of controversy's on wikipedia:

Raymond James has used many obscure rules to shut up whistleblowers and is the only firm to have multiple PONZI SCHEMES performed under there supervision. They obviously have no regards for their clients, and should be shut down! The SEC will probably take a decade or so to shut down this shop (as they did with Madoff), but Tom James belongs in Jail not the boardroom.
