Raya's Authorized Dealers owfull services and miss selling

I'm really upset from the level of services provided by Raya authorized dealers that's in return represents Raya's name and service standards. Unfortunately i bought a battery from a store that has "Raya's" name and sign which i thought it's a Raya branch and the seller told me that i have a 3 month guarantee for the battery and after i started to try to use the battery i found it's not working well and that it's defected so i went back to the shop to return back the battery but unfortunately i didn't expect that way that person talked to me with and he refused to return back the battery. I made a complaint at Raya's call center and i asked for the person in charge of Raya's dealers to contact me and they told me that someone will contact me within 24 - 48 hours and until now no one contact me!!! I'm really astonished from the level of service I'm having from Raya.
