I have bought a new mobile Nokia 6120 NO. 3598901097413 one month ago from Raya Egypt located in Cairo (El-Hegaz Sq).
1- The device was out of order and after delivering to Raya to repair. They spent more than two weeks the returned back. And they didn't replace the device with a new one as mentioned in the agreement.
2- I noticed that the device after repaired come there were some parts have been changed with old spare parts.
3- After receiving, the device is still having some problems
