I had a worst experience with them and had to follow up a lot for the delivery.

I booked my house hold items from Chennai to Pune in October end.

Their website is a cheating game. They will say Chennai to Pune is only 10k but once they reach home, they will ask 10k for transport + toll tax + GST + insurance + state transfer tax + extra + extra = 24k.

I was still okay with that but I had to keep my luggage for 6 months in their warehouse, for that they charged 2k every month( which we discussed already). And when the time of delivery came he asked me extra 1500₹ for spray and keeping the things good.

Now when it comes to delivery I asked them to deliver it on time on Sunday or Monday max. But they delivered it on next Saturday that also following up with lot of people on the phone daily 5-6 times. It was pathetic and I got exhausted on the last day. Also somehow I didn't recieve the TV at my end then I had to call and follow up. By mistake it was their at the office in Pune. I had to go the same day to collect it from there. Not only that My refrigerator came without box to my end and had a scratch and bump on it. My most of the cartons were water dampened and fungus was there. My bed's ply board was like already water dampened. I won't ever suggest them. Yes I got 1500 in return for all those things. Rest all you can decide.

After reading positive reviews I chose this company. But dont know, I received bitter experience from them. Initially they managed very good and genuine discussions with me. One person visited my home and gave me quote. Till loading everything went smoothely. They came in right time and packed, then wrapped all my package well.

Later while moving, in final bill, they added too much additional charges. Almost double of the initial quote. Also the person who came for loading behaved unprofessionally. Please guys be careful about this. We cant do anything once they load our packages to their vehicle. Okay! Anyhow I gave 80% money there. My first preference was to get deliver my package on timer. I got "101%" assurance from them each time when I asked about delivery time. I managed all my travel based on this, and was waiting in the destination point.

They didnt deliver on the committed day. I called and called, they gave me driver contact number, then atlast when they came next day afternoon, load was different. Its not mine.

What responsibility this guys have. I am not understanding. That point I totally got frustated. Lost almost my whole one day.

Finally again after lot of hustle got another drivers number. When I asked them about delivery, he told me he will come after one nearby location unloading only, that too in midnight.

I told company that I suffered this much, wasted my whole day, and I have little baby too in my home. So please give preference to me and deliver prior. Through phone, keeping me in line, he talked to driver and told him to give priority to me. But nothing happened. They came in midnight.

Thank god I received all my items without any missing, though damages are there.

Please guys, dont believe whatever they are saying over phone. They convince us somehow. But it wont reflect in their action. This was my first time experience shifting with any packing company. I chose them after reading reviews. But dont know, I didnt see any professionality and commitment in them. First time I am writing this much long review about anything. Thought to share my worst ever experience with you people.

I had taken service of this Rajdhani service in Oct 2015 to Telangana . I had the worst experience in my life with this people .what ever they say at later stage they change .Starting for getting the order they will say all nonsense and get the order confirmed . They havn't delivered the items till 20 days .At last i got it delivered with uncovered and loose packing and all the items are damaged . Some of the items are missing .when i called these people i got very bad response saying .WHAT EVER YOU WANT YOU CAN DO .WE DONT AFRIAD OF ANY ONE. I tried to reach them no response from them .At last they were threatening me not to call .Now i am out side chennai, I am in helpless position. so please be carefull of these very cheap people
