See my boiler changeout complaint below:

I hired R.A.D. Heating and Cooling for a boiler changeout, summer 2009.(BIG MISTAKE!!)
Everything looked OK after the installation, completed August 20th, 2009, job completed after 6 days even they said it is going to take 2 days. So we were without hot water for 6 days.Anyway that is another story.
The trouble came when we started to heat our house, which was around September 22nd, 2009.
On that day I found water on basement. I found the pressure to high for boiler, around 40 psi and since then I am back and forth with RAD to fix this issue. Even today the issue is not fixed, RAD dispatched a tech only twice since September 22, 2009 and nothing happened.
October 16th, 2009 I tried to contact Anthony Pelliccio and Robert Tripodi by phone and neither one get back to me since then, more than that they are simply ignore me by sending their tech without an appointment, whenever they like, without calling me or contact me ...
I had difficulties in getting my issue fixed by RAD, more than that I can no longer rely on these guys.
As per our contract I have 2 years part and labor warranty, but you cannot count on this company as I have problems on bringing them back to fix this issues.
This company is a scam, they do not have the knowledge on how to install a boiler, BUDERUS in my case.They showed a lack a knowledge in everything they have done during my boiler changeout process.More than that they lied to me and my wife.
They lied to me when they said they will show up and they did not on several occasion.
They lied to me when they said they will install a 60 gallon indirect heat water tank and they installed a 42 gallon water tank and so on...
This company is a SCAM, be aware of that.
