I ordered a King size Comforter. It came in a Queen. When I called Customer Service to let them know, they said I would have to pay to ship it back and then they would send me the right size. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT! I asked if they offered a place where I could print return shipping label. She said no I would have to pay to ship the item back. I told her I didn't feel I should have to pay for their mistake. She told me "Mam, I'm in Customer Service, not shipping" Are you kidding me? I said "EXACTLY!" I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me one was not available. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I realize mistakes happen. But, their customer service is poor. By reading some of the other comments, I'm better off keeping what I have. Some people are out their item and shipping and still waiting for their item or refund! I wish I would have came to this web site before I ordered.
I purchased the True White whitening system Advance Plus. When I received it I tried using the light that came with it and it had two batteries inside and the light didn't work. I opened the back of this little light verifying the batteries were in and they were and tried pushing the button many times the light would not turn on. This is after I had molded the tray for your teeth placed them in hot water according to the box remove them put them in cold water. The item only cost $15 it came with the premium dental grade teeth whitening gel. I purchased three of these items one for every member of my family. What a waste of my money and my time. I will not purchase from them again.
