On 11/06/2009 I purchased an internet how to kit on how to make money on the internet. The purchase price was anywhere from $1 to $2.95. They charged my debit card account for $1 called kit access with the telephone number attached 8663410774 CYUS. then one for $2 two days latter for something called international transaction. At the same time I received a credit on my debit card for $79.86 for something called Elitepack with the telephone number attached 8663962729 CY. I called my bank the day I noticed it on my account and they told me I would have to wait for it to post before I could despute it. On 11/10/2009 I had my bank debit card destroyed so they could issue me a new one. The retail banker told me to call the number attached to the transaction to see if I could solve the problem. I called that number 8663962729. I talked with a cust. rep. named Cameron. She said she would cancel the transaction and gave me a cancellation number 120481. The next day I recieved this email saying Your active credit card will not be billed $79.86 if we do receive and process your trial cancellation before the end of your 1 day trial offer period. If you have any further questions of concerns please contact our customer service department at 8664751895 Miranda a cust. rep. told me that I would be billed for $79.86 regardless of the fact that I did not know what these charges where or from what because all of my information matched, address and email. I continued to argue with her that I never did anything to be billed $79.86 for Success Grants. When I signed up for kit access I saw no fine print that I would be billed for anything other than $2.95. Put in an Internet search for Kit Access / Elite Pack Complaints and you will find all kinds of complaint on this faud that should be shut down post haste. They are charging me for a product, Success Grants which I never tried or downloaded or even knew I was being billed for. I want the $79.86 they charged my MasterCard/debit card debited back to my account. This is fraud. They should be shut down not just for this but for past behavior with KitAccess and Elitepack.

People this is a SCAM company!!! Stay way from their sites.. The Credit Card company do knows about them too... I had already report them to BBB (http://www.bbb.org/), to help other it is your turn to report them to BBB so no more people would not be rip off.

I demand a return for trail that I do not know anything about and that I have not except to. I only agree to buying the product and not the trail. I hope BBB will close this compay soon and conficicated all the properties/finacial and then put all these people on jail that is including the people work there.

Their "Offical" internet complaint reply message alone can tell these people are SCAMS... Note: "we will be happy to walk you through the entire cancellation process." Where is the refund for the non-existing trial??? And DARE you not to cancel my trail.

For now, I will post warning/complain on every major sites. The bottom line is stay away from this site.
I hope the employee of this company get a wake-up call too and I know your are reading/checking these complaint sites. Where are your morals? How did your mom raise you? How will you tell your child what kind of work you do?

I agree and as for all these "If there was some confusion about your subscription" your cancellation process is very diffical to find and use. you are a scam and you are very cruel to do this to people who are just trying to find work or buy a product. It is these kind of companys that can cause people to lose what they have work so hard to get. I hope all the people scammed will get there money back and remember to stay away from theses online websites. I will never buy online after what happen to me and I only did it once.

DO NOT USE "KITACCESS" - it is a fraud based company that will not refund your initial $2.95 at ANY TIME. Nor will they refund the initial "start-up" fee of $79.95 unless they are contacted by phone and you get a confirmation number before the charge has been processed through your credit card. What an empty-minded thing to give up CC info that easily -
