My credit card summary for May 2008 shows a charge of $39.99. The discription is DRI*Symantec www.myord.com MN. On May 11, I have a similiar charge for $39.99 with the discription "Norton Annual renewal 877-294-5265 CA. I do not believe I should be charged twice for updating my Norton service. Please explane these charges.

I am still charged for a product that I haven't download or used for 3 years. I called them to let them know about my decision 3 times and I am still charged for the product and i didn't even download it.
