There is no receptionist to take the dropped sample. If you just drop your samples, you make you come back and do the passport work again. Also, their procedures are lacking. They once lost my insurance information associated with my blood work and asked me to pay again. If my doctor did not ask me to do blood work at that particular location, I will never come back again.

I went to Quest Diagnostics in Staten Island for bloodwork last Tuesday, June 6th, 2011. The technician that took my blood failed to take blood in a proper manner and now my arm is black and blue and yellow and it hurts.

quest diagnostics was supposed to be zero retaliation against employees well that is a big big lie they are the worst company to work for if you want to be treated right

On July 24th I had appointment for a blood draw and waited almost three hours. Employee gave me wrong fax number to receive the prescription. When I asked her to take my credit card until you received my medical card. Refused to do so at the end I have decided not to go to center where you have no respect.

This is pretty standard with a blood draw - if you have small veins or are dehydrated, it is more difficult for the tech to draw blood. The deeper they go, the more you'll bruise.

The charges for Lab oratory Service for Mary .Hall dated August 25, 2011 the $390.79 was way out of line. For instance the TSH was 97.95. I can't afford to live with so many outrages charges. Mary E. Hall
