This company committed Mail Fraud in the amount of $3600 by providing a Fedex Account # to bill and then refusing to pay the charges when the goods arrived to them. Thus, Fedex force-billed our company. Very Dirty Hong Kong company, we are putting a case together with HK Police if anyone has more details about Zongyong Qiu to add to the case please let us know.
