I sent my Indica DLG, for its 2nd servicing (at 10, 000 kms) to Pyare Lal motors. The quality of work was totally un-satisfactory, and car was sent back to the service center for some left out jobs. Furter, within 10 days I went for pollution check, where it failed for pollution control (Surprising for a new car, which has just run 10, 000 kms and has gone through all scheduled services!). When I took car again to the service center, they informed that car would need certain cleaning which would cost additional payment (even though its servicing was suppossed to be free!). The behavious at the service center is totally unprofessional and uncaring. Customers are not attended to properly and no explanations are given.
