I was looking to find a car for my son to buy. Found this website GovAuctNet.com. It said I needed to pay $4.95 for information so I gave my VISA no. Last month on 9-1-09 I was billed for $34.95 which I stupidly paid thinking it may have been for a year. But again I just received my 10-09 statement and there it is again. I am refuseing to pay it and in fact they owe me $30.00 for over payment. I will be calling my VISA people come Mon. 11-9-09 and informing them of this scam.

I don't like to complain unless it's neccessary and this time it definitly is. This was a scam and everyone I know will hear about it. The PVI GovAuctNet.com (they are based in PA, USA) should be removed from the Internet. Thank you, m. stringham
