Purva Moonreach review: Delay, quality of construction and customer sevice 1

THE WORST BUILDERS I HAVE COME ACROSS. BIGGEST LIARS AND CHEATERS!

I booked a flat at Purva Moonreach with Puravankara Projects Ltd in August 2007 which was supposed to be completed in July 2010. Its July 2014 now and still there is no confirmed date or any sign, when the flat will be handed over.
Its my misfortune that I booked flat with Puravankara. I have paid all the installments except one which I intentionally refused to pay as the project is 4 years delayed.

There is no communication regarding why the project is delayed and have to email them constantly to get any information. The excuses they give is silly and still no confirmation of the date of handover.

I live in UK and not able to visit the place often. I visited the site on 2nd July 2014 and had a look at my flat and was shocked to see the poor quality of the building work. The paint of the flat I booked is faded and the tiles are chipped in the bathroom. I paid to get a new flat but this flat looks old and not to the standard they advertised.

The site is still messy and I don't think it will be handed over in the near future.

This is the worst builders I have come across. No professionalism, no commitment and no concern for the customers. They are only interested in the money which they pressurise you to pay.

I warn everyone not to deal with this builders at all.
