I ordered the sample product and it did not work. Two weeks later a full bottle arrived and my credit card was charged. I phoned the company and was advised that it had to be returned by July 24. I mailed the product back and verified that it arrived at 8:44am on July 24th, 2008. After several emails and phone calls I finally reached a live person who told me that I was not getting a refund as they did not pick it up on the 24, it was picked up on the 30th. I was also told that the bottle had been opened...Not by me!

I feel that they are running a scam and are not forthright with their policies. I did not open the product, I returned it by the required time and still they will not refund my credit card.

What the hell???

Sounds like a shady company to me. I ordered sample was charged $4.95 for free sample then $74.95 for another bottle. Will fight this one. Think I have been duped. Try to get some one on phonef61a2

Same thing happened to me. I ordered a sample & was charged $4.95, then received another bottle a short time later and charged for something I never ordered. I am sending it back and will call them also to voice my concerns. I do not know how they think they can get away with this.

The same thing happened to me. I am having my credit
card cancelled and being issued a new one. Now I must
notify all my utility companies about the change. I am
very old and crippled. How can a company get away
with this. There are several complaints. They won't answer
the phone and even if they do, they don't follow through.
This hurts all mail order companies that are legit. If
there is anything I can do personally to have this company
charged with fraud and forced to repay all these people,
please let me know.

I had the same thing happen to me. I am very proactive about this. Contact the Attorney Generals office in Utah and file a formal complaint against this company. They will take action. I threatened to do this, and I am filing a complaint. This company uses the excuse they 'haven't seen the return yet' and as soon as they do they will refund the money. They know exactly what they are doing and in my opinion they will deliberately wait until their return date is over, then they will use that as an excuse to keep your $74.95. This happens too often to me a 'mistake' as they claim. I've cancelled my credit card and am waiting on a new one. That is how they get your credit card number when someone orders the sample. Be proactive. Contact the Utah Attorney Generals office and file a complaint. You can also complain to the Federal Trades Commission and if enuf complaints come in against this company they will shut them down. One person can't do it, it will take ALL of us to get our money back.

I was scammed too. I ordered samples of the acai berry, colon1000, green tea, and hoodia. This company is so wrong on so many levels. No packing slips, no invoice, labels peel right off the bottles, who know's what in the capsules but I refuse to take them.

Not only that, but what kind of company sends you a trial size of 10 pills, take 2 per day, and call that a trial. Also, you have to cancel your order within 10 days of ordering the trial, but it says it could take 2 to 3 weeks to receive shipment. What???

I am having the same problems. I received a shipment of PureColon1000 and immediately rejected it and returned it to the company the same day. When I didn’t get a refund I sent an email explaining the return. They claim the product was past the 30 day return policy. They are the winners in this game they kept my money and my returned product. Also, I was charged $4.59 each month I received the product (3 months).

I appreciate the advice from Jodi, however, it should not be this difficult to return an unwanted product. I order online often and I have never had problems with returning a product as I have had with this one.
