taking money from account when I did not order more pills, will not answer phone

I ordered sample of product having to pay postage, recieved product had no information about more product or any other information about product. Then a full shipment came to house and checked my checking account and they are deducting 79 out of my account without my knowledge. when I called number on my checking account they have a recording to go go to www.gohelpnow.com if you have a complaint, want to return product etc. and this is where I ended up.
