I am receiving products I did not ask for. It was my impression that I had ordered a sample bottle for a short term supply. I have received to more bottles which I did not order and I did not desire. Please advise. I have reported this to my credit card company not to pay for these shipments. Please advide.

I received a 1 bottle of pureacaiberry which i did not authorize shipment nor for it to be charged on my credit card. I called my credit card co for the charge to be disputed.
The telepone number charged on my credit card is
888289-8740 tells me to go to a website www.gohelpnow.com which cannot be found. greenwood performance pruducts. web site on bottle www.pureacaiberries.com also cannot be found.

We appreciate forums such as Complaints Board that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration.
