3/17/09I responded to an offer of a free sample of RezV by paying only the postage, which of course took my credit card number. I soon received a very small sample and before I could even finish the sample a larger quantity arrived, which I figured was the rest of the free sample which had been very small. However when my credit card bill arrived several weeks later, RezV had billed me for 87.97 on 4/7/09. Of course the bill for this did not arrive until the end of the month so I didn't understand the extra shipment. I called the number given to CitiCards and they said I had not said I didn't want further shipments. However I pulled up the site from which I had ordered the free sample and there was nothing to indicate whether I wanted more or not. They asked me to mail the other back though the 15 day period had expired. I did this by certified mail. When I received the latest credit card bill 5/29/09 they have not credited my account. I am going to report this to the postal fraud department. I will also contact my credit card company.

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.

You can talk to customer support seven days a week. Our U.S.-based help lines are also staffed each and every day of the week to respond to any questions you may have both before and after your order. Simply call us at 888-591-2190 and we will be happy to walk you through the entire cancellation process.

Ok, I will try to call you in the morning to see how long you will keep me on hold. Because I wanted to chat with somebody on line 24/7 but I couldn't. If you don't want to inconvenience your customers do not charge their credit cards before you have a confirmation to do so. Also, at the beginning of the application process you say that you charge about $2 for shippment and when a person puts his/her credit card information it appears that the shipment is about $12. If there are so many unhappy people obviously you are not doing the things right. Why don't you put the membership fee right beside the free trial offer. I'm sure people will think twice before they order the product. Besides, this will save you a lot of efforts and money - reimbursement, shipment costs etc. Just let people decide for themselves if they want to continue using your product or not by giving them the freedom to order when it is convenient for them. What if their credit card is maxed out and you are overdrafting it? Do you think this will make them happy and they will enjoy your supplement. I don't even think it works. I did not see my wrinkles disappear.
