i received an rma request form and mailed it and the unopened product on sept 25 and it has been delivered but my account has not been credited. i would like a response to this email asap. your business ethics are horrible and would not recommed this product to anyone. i expect an answer or phone call (i called and left my number because no one ever answers) by tomorrow.
