I ordered their 4.95 10 day sample, no idication of having to do anything unless I wanted to continue on the herb. Now I am getting a charge for 74.76 charge each month with no product coming to my house. Their web site says the continuing shipments are 19.99. They will not give me my money back.

This is a SCAM

We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration. If they like the product, they do nothing and the product continues to come each month. This usually takes less than 5 minutes.

On every web site that if offering the free 10 or 14 day free trial of Acai Berry Power 500 there is a link at the bottom of the site page, its called "Terms". Before you plunk in your credit card number assuming that they will only charge you $4.95 and send you the product, you need to read the terms. The most popular site terms, states clearly, that your credit card will only be charged $4.95 for the 14 day trial. After that, $88.95 will be charged to your credit card (the one previously provided) every thirty days, and the product will be shipped to your front door. They provide day time business phone numbers to call and cancel your order, therefore discontinuing your credit card being charged. I tried the phone numbers and they are all valid. Have you ever heard the term - Buyer beware? Do your homework or go to your local heath food store to purchase things like this, to avoid being over charged or charged without your knowledge.
