I puchased a DVD set of WKRP in Cinncinati on Dec. 18, 2007, with 12-14 day processing. Recieved email a month later that it was on back order, and a money back offer. Then another month later an email that it was shiped, along witht tracking ID. I was not able to track my order, I recieved no response to email, and unable to get through on the phone. But the recieved their money! So much for shopping online.
