I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend at 🇪🇬, on the 15th of may, which was yesterday, but they didn't contact the recipient, and I did send emails to there customer support, but no answer, I am so mad, because it was a special occasion, and I wanted the flowers to be there on time..
P. S : the flowers didn't arrive until the moment of writing this complaint!

What should I do?!

Outraged that in good faith I sent flowers to my daughter in Bahrain. Yellow roses and white Calla Lilies. After two days I wrote that the Calla Lilies were dying and was told they were fresh when delivered! A comment like that made me very angry. On day four I sent a video to Customer Services showing that the roses were dead and showed another arrangement received the same day as the Roses and Cala Lilies and they still looked as fresh as day one. By the end of day four the arrangement went in the bin. 42Bd of garbage ! The video that I sent was not commented on.
Beware, don't use this overpriced rip off company . I attempted to download pics but says file is too large. Its as shame as clearly this company has got to be exposed.

On 3rd of September i order Beautiful Whisper, Deluxe 143 $. I order for an friend, when my friends send the flowers pic with the flower i was really disappointed. In the description is writing:
- 20 White Alstroemeria, i receive 4
-15 White Crysanthemum, i receive 3
-9 White Lily, i receive 3
-12 peach roses, i receive 12- the only correct number from the one of the description.

I replay to the e-mail that provides me confirmation of the order, but what i can see this guys are blind. Even with the print screen of the description of the flower they insist that this is the amount of flowers that i should receive, they even talk about the premium and they write a wrong amount, Premium for this flowers are 190$, not 160$ how they say.

I hope someone will help me in this case.

I ordered last January 26, 2016 a Bouquet of Flowers and a box of chocolate amounting 150.01 US Dollar including the shipment fee. And I requested to deliver it yesterday (February 14, 2016), I received a confirmation thru email. But unfortunately, the said flowers and chocolate were not delivered as confirmed by my friend that supposed to receive the flowers and chocolate.
Im sending emails and calling their customer service number for any update but no reply. In line with this incident, I am requesting for full refund of my payment.
