Puma regarding worst service

Hello!
I am Rajesh kumar having first experience with puma which was my worst experience ever in any shopping.
I have not seen this type of worst service anywhere either in Reebok, flipkart, amazon, shopclues etc. Sorry to say this was my first and also last experience with puma and I will never either shop myself or not tell any of my friends to do shopping in puma store.

Is this the way to behave with any of your customers? Someone place an order on 02/04/2018 and he got delivery of that order within one week. Afterthat he found that the order was different from that which was placed by him. He soon after seeing the order called to puma customer care and tell about the order. The customer only apologied for that. Will this apology converte into the original order? I want to put my concern before you that I was in the plan to wear that shoe in a wedding which was going to be arrange on 20/04/2018 but due to your nonsense act I will not wear that shoe and I will have to wear a slipper because I am from a average family. If you did a wrong then it was your duty that you should send the original order as soon the delivery reached your courier centre. But you will follow the whole procedure which takes 10-15 days and in between these days the customer will move without shoe&slipper.

At last I want to say that this is not the right way to behave to any of your customers. I am very sad as well as very confuse that how any branded company can do this type of low virtue work.

Puma child shoes

Dear Respectable team,
I had a very critical complain from shrook store at cairo where a deputy branch manager "Mohamed Hamdy" call me with a very tough way in order to solve my problem at your side. he couldn't be an employee for puma an international land mark... He treat me as a slave working at his side... really I am very upset for this situation and I will escalate this issue to the top top level and I will spread what I see and hear to all the media in Egypt... where I trust on Puma but I will never deal with Puma again...

Puma sweatshirt in puma/replesh/defective product.

Bay this olive green solid sweatshirt in Myntra online shopping in 25/jan/2018 using this product in last tweenty day now wash this product in proper way but this product damage and cotton bubbles remove and look is very bad, this product defecative so I want reples this product ASAP in urgent basis.this first product bay in puma and this product are damage I am so unhappy this product.

Puma puma tennis shoes

I purchased a pair of men's tennis shoes on November 24. He has worn them appx 10 times. It is dec 14 and they are falling apart! I paid $80 for these shoes and I'm very disappointed in the quality. We have always been a puma family and I'm saddened by the quality of these shoes. The front of the toes are completely tearing away. These are only worn to school. As a matter of fact CARRIED to school and changes into them so he doesn't get them dirty

Puma customer service and online ordering tool

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They clearly do not care about their customers and speak to you like you are either dumb or they are just tired and annoyed with their job. I tried to order here for their Black Friday sales offline, firstly, the order kept saying it was not working so I kept trying... then I checked my bank account and it charged me four times! I called and they said that it was just something that would go away, so I then called my bank who said that one payment did go through and the rest were being refunded and that they would call the company and let them know it was going through. I wanted to see the payment go through but instead it just eventually disappeared. So they have told me there is nothing I can do to get my order and there is no way to get the sale prices that I had specifically ordered at that time for. They basically just sounded like they wanted to end the phone call as quickly as possible. There is no reason for the payment to not have gone through and there should have been no issues ordering in the first place. I will never order from puma again as this is not the first time that there has been issues with there online ordering system. Horrible service and no care for customers.

Puma product as well as service

Dear Puma,

This is very stressful thing that we have purchased one article from your official site there is a defect in that article, we went near by store in sonipat there we meet Mr Rahul Arora who used several excuses to send us back and when we prove each and every thing then they told that these shoes are NOT ORIGINAL and do what you want to these will not get exchange, he also stated that if you will put the request it will go to Mr Rakesh Pandu who is in Chandigarh as area store manager he will reject that
These are the type of staff you have in your stores, stating you people strict action should be taken against these people otherwise will go to twitter and consumer court .

Puma my pumas cell regulate krm

I've had my shoes for 2 weeks . Purchased two pairs @ rack room shoes. I've wore my cell regulate twice and they already ripped. Is there some kind of refund or a shoe exchange you guys do? Puma poor quality of shoes and replacement for more payment for less mrp than existing mrp

1) Purchased three sets of Puma Shoes on 17-6-17 from Velocity Ventures, GL-22, Jail Road, Hari Nagar, New Delhi Vide their receipt No : 57074.

2) On 12-8-17 one set torn of and was given to the Velocity Venture. He told that it will take 15-20 days to repair.

3) On 27-8-17, when enquiry was made, they told that shoe cannot be repaired and you should take another with new one.

4) When one pair was selected under replacement, he asked me to pay more Rs. 325/-. I paid Rs. 325/- on 27-8-17 and purchased new one for Receipt No : 57074 Hence my complaint is :

- My old shoes was valued Rs. 3674/- (having MRP of Rs. 6665). Why I paid Rs. 3999/- (having MRP of Rs. 3999). My earlier shoes having the MRP of Rs. 6665/- I paid Rs. 3674/- and for replaced shoes having the MRP of Rs. 3999/- I paid Rs. 3999/- (more payment of Rs. 325/-).

Puma bad

I was a huge fan of Puma and ordered a lot from them. Last time I purchased from them I got nothing but headache. I received a pair of shoes which were too small but I was sure there will be no problem with returning because it was Puma but I was so wrong. I contacted them and they refused to help, they said that it was my fault that I ordered wrong size. I'm very disappointed with them. I will not buy from their online store ever again!

Puma do not order from puma online store!

I always loved Puma and always was satisfied with the quality of the clothing and shoes.
I was a loyal Puma customer for years and never had any issues until I decided to order from their online store. I placed my order and it took them months just to deliver one small package! I called almost every day and asked about my order and they tried to assure me that there was nothing to worry about. When I spoke to their reps it was clear to me that these people were not happy and did not want to help me.
I did receive my order but this entire experience was a real nightmare! Do not order from Puma online store!

Puma poor quality product

Comment: Hi,
Falling standard of Brand Puma : I was a fan of Puma products until last year when I bought a Puma Shoe from Select City Mall, Delhi. I had to shell out rs 5200 for the shoe and was given all sorts of promises that it will withstand at least 2-3 years. To my utter shock the soes gave away within 5-6 months and the fabric has been torn at 4 places . This is shocking as it comes from a brand like Puma.
I had invested this much rupee on Puma product because of the trust that we have on the brand, but after this bitter experience I doubt if i will buy PUMA shoe again. Why to waste this much rupee on PUMA if it gives away so easily. Also when i thought of writing on consumer forum websites i was shocked to see others having similar problems. Please review my case and do whatever necessary.

I bought a sports shoe from the puma showroom in quest mall last week. The salesman told me that I'll be getting an automated bill through sms but I never got one. Later I disdiscidiscovered that the price of the shoe was 2000 Rs less than the price she sold it to me in. It's very disappointing.

I visit the PUMA store 5-6 times in a year for shopping.
On 12-April-2015, I purchase a football from your prestized store of PUMA from WEST-END MALL Ferozpur Road LUDHIANA, , it was of worth rs 999. There is LEAKAGE started in the valve of the football with in 3 days. it is very awkward for me.because it never happen before with any kind of your product of PUMA.

Puma replace shoe or refund amount

Dear sir / madam

I purchased a puma shoes from nh - 1 factory stores, ambala cantt, india" on 22nd july 2014, worth rs 918 / - .

I weared that shoes since then for just 2 days and it got torn off and pasting is also comes out.

I am feeling bad about the shoes as i have not experienced such bad quality before from puma, i am having faith on puma that's the reason i opted for.

My concern is to take necessary action that had happened with my product (Shoes) else it will be difficult for me to continue with puma in future.

Puma agent refuses to warrant

I bought a watch from your agent of Puma watches "ALAMODE" on 22.7.2014 and there was a manufacturer damage and they refused to change it for me and they just took it and repaired it!
I used the watch just for 3 times and the damage was not by me but it was from you "PUMA" and you say in your warranty that u warrant to replace the watch if it was manufacturer damage!

Puma neither delivering product nor refunding money

I have bought a pair of shoes from pumashop.in on July 31, 2014 for the cost of INR4000. I have received the receipt in my email. But mistakenly I have provided wrong address for delivery. So I tried to contact the customer care service of Puma. I have repeatedly sent many mails to the customer care email that is [protected]@puma.com and also tried calling countless times to the customer care phone numbers that is [protected] or 351 or 352 But no one responds. Puma return / exchange defected shoes

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased a Puma Shoes from "Bhawar Life Style, Bangalore, India" on 7th June 2014, worth Rs 2690/-.

I weared that shoes since then for just 2 days and it got torn off and pasting is also comes out.

Puma bad quality of shoes

It is very sad and sorry to inform you that I purchased bmw style shoes from your puma showroom sahara ganj mall Lucknow on Dec 27, 2013 at rupees 6499.00

But is quite surprising for me that the shoes found defective within one month.

Therefore, I am complaining you against the quality of the product and I must insist you on an immediate action against the complaint.

Puma cracks on front upper

I have purchased a puma shoes worth Rs. 4699 from puma store at Samarth Life Style Retailing Pvt. Ltd. G-8, Triton Mall, Near Jhotwara Flyover, Jhotwara, Jaipur Ph. [protected]. The Bill No. is 1416 & Article No. [protected] Size UK7 & TIN No. is [protected]. I am shocked to see that even after 2-3 months the condition of the shoes is so worst. In a period of less than 2.5 months there are cracks in the leather at front upper of the shoes. I can’t believe that its a puma shoes is that kind of quality a puma is providing to its customers. There is a cracks appearing all around the shoes. Is the company will do any thing regarding this or a buyer has to stop purchasing shoes from puma. As such I am from Anupgarh and further I have to spend Rs. 1500 for Travelling charges from my native place to Jaipur for replacement. Plz Advice what should I do...?

Puma store

I received a sweat jacket as a gift which was too small for me. I tried to exchange it for something my size but they told me that since i have worn it when i tried it on i cannot exchange as it goes against their policy. Also, there were no tags on the jacket when my brother bought it since it was they only style laying around with no tag and on sale, might even have been a previous return.
The manager kept giving excuses after excuses why i cannot exchange it. These are the only words that come to mind: Bad managing, bad store policies, bad business, bad brand! I will stay away from puma brand from now on.

Puma product qualuty

I ordered an puma sweatshirt on myntra.com and it has not been a month it has already started degrading from now on. Its center pocket is tearing away from all four corners. When i requested to return my product they told me to give some snapshots of faulty area. After checking they asked me to return the product, i returned the product and now they have rejected my return. If they have to reject it then why the hell they asked me to return the product to them...
Kindly look into this matter

Puma store at the Americana way would not exhange a sweat jacket i received as a gift 3 days ago claiming that i have worn it as i was trying it on. I am definitely not shopping puma ever again. god bless adidas and nike!

Puma breach of terms

date: 17-11-2011

Dear Sir,
my family is ever buy puma brand since 2 year and it is more than rs.40, 000/year.

recently before 3 days (14th nov.) we buy 3 t-shirt, 1 shoes, 1 lady chap-pal from is-con -mall,
s.g.highway, ahmedabad .by bill no:14680.

while purchase i asked sale person on the desk about return goods policy because i would like to surprise
my wife by buying lady-chap-pal of puma brand and i am not sure about size and choice, this sales person said me u can exchange goods within 1 week or otherwise can avail credit-note amount for such-goods;
so u can buy product later, and so i have buy all products.

next day i go to return good in tag- condition (Lady chap-pal of my wife )to same store and request to buy shoes against return good of chap-pal but unfortunately shoe size was not avail in the store. so i request to issue credit-note against such goods ;so i can buy other product when fresh stock arrive.

BITTER EXPERIENCE :

my demand is genuine and as per my pre-inquired terms by sales-desk before i purchase.

but... the attitude became change of that person ... he argue lot off with me and told me we have no provision for credit-note and also told me to keep the goods with me . even he is not ready to give me super-ordinate number so i can talk .also i have asked i am from small town and can not spare time every time
so please issue credit note .but he Dennie and told puma franchisee never give credit-note to any one.

at end i dropped that goods without receiving credit note and walk away from store. so far he has
no call from the store . my bill is also inside bag of puma with goods.

... is it puma -policy ? i would like to hear from you sir ! should i need to purchase from your store in future

hope for justification at your end earliest possible.

I am from Chennai and could relate to the complaint filed above. I just bought a puma sandals costing Rs.2300 three days back. I wore them to work the next day and it was OK but few hours later my feet went numb, the elastics on the sandals were too tight that it was causing intense strain and swelling. i had to sit bare foot the entire day at office.
when i went back to the store(puma outlet at T.T.K, Road, Alwarpet). The manager, wasn't polite enough. he refused to replace the sandals, He said, they don't take back used goods however new they might be and i need to go elsewhere to fix it. The funny part is the reason he gave me, was that he can't sell it to another customer and its a big loss to bear.now that doesn't do any justice to the brand(PUMA). I am feeling awfully sorry for purchasing there, I know it doesn't make a big difference still i felt the need to express. By the way i am a big fan of the PUMA. thanks for your time.
