My token amount is huge, yet when I go to redeem the tokens it says I don't have enough tokens in my account. What's the point of playing if you can't redeem what you balance states? Think this is fraud just to get you to purchase something. I'm going to be done with this if the problem isn't fixed.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com - winning is a joke

I and many of my friends have played the pch lotto games for many years... never once has any of us won a single thing. we want to know if this is a legitimate site or simply a scam. we are all becoming very frustrated by this and would like to know how to determine if this is legitimate or just a way to lure us into buying magazines.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com drowning me in their daily malings

I have been receivin daily mailings from this Compan for quite some time, and I have purchased numerous items realizing I have little to no chance of winning anything. Yet, they continue to drown me daily with mailings and twice a day emails! I've written to them advising to stop and take me off of their mailings, yet only the emails have stopped.
If I receive their mailings, Ihave to spend precious time, that I am no longer willing to expense to this Company, to waste it going thru their less than meager quality and overpriced products displays, which seems to be mostly always the same thing being advertised for sale daily. I surely would appreciate their removig my name and address from their mailings and to cease and desist from any future mailings! Enough is enough, once they got your name and address they seem to bombard you with no restraint on their part, of daily sales soliciting. I've spent all the money I ever wish to send at this Company an the postage to return their mailings. Can you please help me in getting this Company to remove me from their mailing lists. They have stopped the emails which were twice a day, but I still receive their daily mailings, even though I have taken to writing on their envelope "Refused - Return to Sender" They still do not get the hint I am fed up with the overwhelming contact they expect of me! Thank you very much.

Looks like you people fell right into my trap as planned! I knew you were going to take my post down. See, I`m not you`re average "Joe Jack Off" writing the usual stupid complaints! I have facts that even you yourselves can`t deny! How you people can go to sleep every night is beyond me. You`ve got to understand one thing. Not only am I smart. I`m brilliant! I am also an artist, not a butcher! Now you`re really going to feel my wrath! You won`t be able to remove what and where I am going to post it this time. Already saved too! Just cut n paste! Look out because now, you just messed with the WRONG guy!

I want to put this so called PCH "scam" and it being "fraudulent" to rest once and for all. For all of you out there that think it is... WRONG! In order for it to be called this, you would have to pay to enter any given contest. Just like you would purchase a ticket at your local gas station, convenient store, etc. etc. Which by the way, do have real people that do win real $$ because they do so. PERIOD! If you note, underneath every contest they clearly state: No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Right there, legally they`ve got themselves covered. If you did in fact have to purchase something in order to be entered. In a "roundabout" way you are actually still spending $$ to be eligible to win a prize. They can put as many fake, phony and fictitious prizes as they want to on their site. Again, doesn`t matter. Legally they can get away with it. Now to the real "meat" of this post. I am now right around 6 1/2 years into conducting a 10 year controlled experiment. This will know doubt in my mind and in your`s, absolutely blow PCH "right out of the water" "Hands down". No more arguments. No discussions. Just the facts! This has been one hell of a job but will be well worth it. I am also doing it for your benefit more so than mine. I am doing all of the work for you! Will save you a lot of wasted time and hopeless dreams of winning. The only thing I will get out of the experiment is satisfaction that will be well worth it! I have decided to do this knowing full well that I WILL NOT, NOR WILL I EVER win any kind of prize whatsoever. Now, does PCH have big winners? Yes! I do believe that the one you see all the time on TV advertising the "FOR LIFE" is real. I started out playing almost everything they had to win for a little over three years. Then realized that you could actually be on there 24/7. Believe me, I am a very busy man and didn`t have the time for that. I just cut it down to anything $5, 000 and up. Still very time consuming. Also keeping in mind as I just stated will never win anything anyway. I still play the lottery cards but only the $100, 000 and upwards to the $1, 000, 000 and Mega $1, 000, 000`s. Play every last one of the sweeps contests as well. I will then just open up the Front Page, Search, Keno, and Slot games. Only so I can "snack up" on a [censored] load of tokens (which are worthless) as I will get to here. I only do that to advance more quickly on to the next level. I am currently at the second highest. Black Diamond. It takes approximately 6 mos. or so to achieve a new level at my rate of play. Ready for this? I have received two checks in the mail for $10.00 in consecutive years. One in 2016 and 2017. For some reason they never sent one in 2018. Two days ago, 01/03/2020 for the first time. I received an e-mail right after completing every single sweepstakes module. It stated I was already a winner of $10.00 and the check is in the mail. Keep in mind, I NEVER entered any contest for less than $5, 000. Also each and every one of these checks arrived in February of EVERY year! Hhhhmmmmm? That`s odd! I know they must be monitoring exactly what I`m doing. Also that I have been consistent every day, much less every year!" They probably know what I`m up to and see all the time I am spending. Also gettin` a little nervous and feel they have to at least let me win some type of "cash prize. Therefore, they think they`re clever in sending me a "tinker toy" check that just might buy you a pack of smokes (depending which state of residency you`re in). See, right there. Not even I can say I`ve never won anything! Also got themselves covered again with saying " See, we do have real winners". Speaking of winners. I would like to know who and when are these people that are winning the sweeps prizes that are given away? You know the one`s. $1, 000, 000 plus homes, vacations, trucks, SUV`s, retirement $$, roulette wheel, $1, 000, 000 cash, money booth, money drop, serenity sweepstakes, carefree cash and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on and son and so on! I`ll tell you. It`s all part of that $10, 00 check I receive almost annually! There is know way in hell that there could possibly be that much given away. I don`t care how many advertisers they have spending money just to "hand out" and keep that site up and running. I couldn`t even imagine how much it would cost to keep a site like that up and running. On the other hand, for those big $$ sweeps they`re giving away. They are but not like they claim. Like me, $10.00 here $20.00 there, $50.00 over here. $100, 000 much less $1, 000, 000 goes a loooooonnnnnng way! Get it? About 1 year ago, I decided to take it one step further. I did my on survey with polling people every chance I get. I keep a written record on paper that I keep in my truck at all times. Seeing just exactly what PCH`s odds of winning as opposed to mine. This is for the "sweeps" entries only and excludes any type of lottery card games (completely different). I`ve asked people where I work, stores I frequent, my bank, gas stations and people I don`t even know just waiting in line with me. I am hovering now right around the 1000 mark. Four people said they have entered the ones that were sent in the mail. Two said they`ve gone online a few times, just here and there. Only one other person said they play it but infrequently. Just sometimes when they might be on the computer and thought of it. All of the others said NO. Now, having said this. My odds of winning any given sweepstakes they could possibly have. The odds of me winning would be 993:1000. That`s right! In other words, I would have 993 chances of winning in 1000! I live in Cleveland OH. It probably doesn`t make a difference though where you live. Can some of you at least try this with me as well? As I said. I am doing all the work for you. It wouldn`t take any of your time at all to do so either. Here is another absolutely ridiculous example of why you don`t have a "snow balls chance in hell" of winning anything. I`ve saved and saved all of those worthless tokens to enter in their "Token Rewards" entries. Do you know that at one point, I actually had enough tokens to enter to win that laid out, fully loaded Ford F-150? I believe it was somewhere in the proximity of 22, [protected] entries. Now, you tell me if I don`t have an exceptionally good shot at winnin` that there`s definitely something wrong! I ve done that about three times to boot! So again, I decided to experiment with one of their "cheezy" prizes. A lawn mower. I recently entered twice. Each time with about 1, 200 entries. Know what I won? That`s right! absolutely NOTHING! I told you in the begining of this post that it is a job for sure. Do you remember when you had a job that not only did you hate. You actually dreaded the thought of even having to wake up to go there. Well, imagine that x 10 for me with this. Especially not even getting paid for it on top of it! It is very well worth it as I told you. If you enjoy playing the games and all that`s fine. I even do that just for the fun. Do not expect to win anything though. If you really want to have the thrill of winning and not waste your time at all. Get $50.00 if you can afford it. Go to the gas station and buy some $5.00, $10.00 and even the $20.00 "scratch offs" Worst case scenario, I have always at least broke even. Best case scenario won $1000. There was a time or two that I did lose $10.00. That was just because I didn`t quit while I was ahead. Lastly, I want to award PCH with a prize that they WILL and CAN take to the bank! If I EVER won ANY prize $500.000 or up. I will send them a check back for one half of my winnings after taxes! This would be as an apology to them for me writing this post. That is my guaranty to them as a man of my word! Not your deceiving, unethical but legal tactics tricking people into thinking they even have a shot of winning anything at all!

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com stay away

This crappy web-site doesn't even have a contact service for you to complain to, which sucks. But my original complaint is that the stupid coupon printer that they have you download from their web-site will not work with my computer and/or printer, which may not be their fault. But why make it so hard to print a damn coupon? I spent over two hours trying to print 5 coupons(this worked just fine the day before). I am never going to use this horrible service again. They suck, mostly they are trying to get you to "pimp" their stupid lottery for desperate people wanting to win big! What a joke. Steer clear of this web-site, they just plain suck.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com winner notification

In my draft dated 9-1-09, it said notification of win and check release. I can't find anything about it.
It said it was Fast Cash $10, 000.00 and $1.25million dollars. I guess because I had to quit Free Lotto for $14.95 monthly, because I could not afford it any longer, I never heard anything about it. I found it today 2-19-10,
while looking through some old drafts. If I won, I think I should have been notified as if I still had your service.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com deceptive business practices

PCH & Arkadiam INC allows faulty programming to infect your computers with Trojan viruses! Their code writers are useless, there is too many glitches in their system-they open your system to Trojan Attacks, I have been under attack from Trojans at least 3 times while on-PCH Games. I have gotten the same scratch off after everyday PCH lotto for many weeks. The daily scratch off are for the most part the same everyday. Most days you do not get the tokens that they tout, if you get any tokens at all. Friends request is broken most days, now it seems for some that you can't even log in. I blame Arkadium INC. as well, as they are the game portal for PCH. PCH & Arkadium are advergamers and are only interested in their ad revenue and not the happy and joyful experience for the gamers. As can be noted in the 5 word reviews on a daily basis, not too many happy players on PCH. Also, if you read their reviews on Facebook and PCH site, their popularity is also minimal at best. There are laws in regards to contests. I seriously doubt they are following them to the letter of the law. I happen to know that there has to be a certain payout for scratch offs, I know that they are not following those laws and guidelines. I have no doubt that they are unethical and immoral in how they payout for lottos, scratch offs, and token prizes. With the amount of traffic they bring to their site and their unique visitors the payout on small prizes should be very much higher-a great deal higher. What are they allowed to continue in these deceptive practices? Why are they allowed to continue to allow peoples computers to come under attack due to their lack of programming knowledge? How many people’s computers are dead because of their malfeasance and Trojan attacks? They make millions of dollars a year in ad revenue, why don't they not hire intelligent and creative programmers. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, The BBB, and the Attorney General in NY, and [redacted]. I am sick of getting ripped off and being told false and deceptive information and their clone generated form responses to technical issues.

I was looking on your site, as I was i put 2 things into the "basket" but did not complete the order. You went on and sent me the items billing me, stating that when I submitted the enter to win I was also ordering the items in the basket EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE.
This is a deceptive trade issue. I called and complained as this practice is in violation of the postal code. Which states if you didn't order the item you don't have to pay for it; furthermore you don't even have to return it.
I was surprised that the employee knew the postal code and I had no problem canceling the billing, he even knew I didn't have to return the items.
Now we'll see if the billing department ceases and desists.

I tried several times to send this to pch. Each time it was returned because the mailbox was not monitored. Special savings because we are loyal customer. Not loyal, ignorant maybe, but not loyal. The Original Tumble Buggy Red Car 17.95, same price as before. The Licorice Lovers Mix was so rubbery, it was impossible to chew. I did receive the Raspberry Crèmes. Being a chocolate lover, , I was hopeful. The Chocolate was old, it had white spots, also hard to chew. The crème filling, was dry and grainy. The money I spent that we could not afford. Like so many of your customers. I spent money we couldn't afford. Each time I said enough. I would get another message "I was so close" I would move up to Elite Customer Status. Would I please take another look at the gifts, "we could sure use your support." That sounds like a bait and switch scheme. They stay just within the line of the law. We, the consumers, need to stop being taken in by their deception.

My life has been an online nightmare since I was dumb enough to enter the PCH Sweepstakes. Not only do they spam me to death over and over several times each day, they also send physical huge fat packets of mail. They try to FORCE you into ordering by entitling every e-mail with something like if YOU DON'T ACT NOW---IMMEDIATELY--YOU ARE FORFEITING YOUR ENTIRE ENTRY. At one point I had "placed an order" I didn't even know I was placing and it took forever to figure out how to call them and cancel it. They are rude. The whole thing is a scam and its my nightmare every time I turn on my computer. Give it a rest PCH. And, for all of us "wanna be" winners, if you think you are truly GOING TO WIN the Powerball lottery (1 in 275 million chance), then go ahead and take your chance with PCH. I SO WISH I HAD NEVER BEEN SO STUPID. Please, if you value your sanity, STAY AWAY FROM PCH!

I too have been bombard with ridiculous emails and phone calls. In one day I received approximately 50 emails and 4 phone calls. The phone calls are more concerning to me than the emails. Don't get me wrong, the emails are very annoying too, but I've been scammed on similar phone calls that I have received in the past. Now since I think about it, I believe it was after I had entered a PCH sweepstakes years ago. It is a real hassle to change my email address, but that is what I am debating on doing, because if you read the fine print on some of the emails I have received, you just get put on a suppressed email list for a certain time frame and a lot of them require you to send them a letter in writing...this is a bunch of crap! Who wants to sit down and write out 100 letters just to be taken off email lists that I did not even sign up for? Try to go to their website and find any contact information. None of the links on their website to customer service works, so good luck getting in contact with them. I will NEVER enter another PCH sweepstakes again. I also have been telling everybody I know about this issue. I think it is very interesting that they are advertising on this site...what is that all about? I believe that they should not be advertising on a site that has so many complaints against them. I should win the million for life after dealing with all this mess. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com can' t figure out how to claim a win

After playing PCH's different games and lotteries, I finally won an Amazon gift card for a measily 5 bucks...or so I thought...it was posted on the winners circle that I had won it too, but I have yet to claim it or find someone who will. The card I played was a scratch card-it said I won, and then my name and address showed in the current winners circle that I had won it, but where is it---how do I get it? No one seems to know, what would you do?

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com pchlotto e-mail

I received an email dated 11/27/09 at 5;15PM, MST, saying that "YOU HAVE WON" from the Publishers Clearing house. It stated that I was to contact an AGENT, Mr. D. Van Peters, the PCH fiduciary, at email: [protected]@w.cn, and give to him info concerning my name and etc..I emailed the company for verification and was emailed back that said that I had won.I was to receive 1, ooo, ooo usd. I was to contact a company in the UK, by the name Elite Couriers via email: [protected]@live.com, and give them my name, address, phone # and so on. If this email for real, why would the Publishers Clearing House contact a outfit in the UK to send me the check when it could have been done here in the United States where I live ? It doesn't made any sense why it has to be done from there. I have all of the correspondence printed as proof of the transaction. if needed.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com fraud/scam

A female called and said I won sweepstakes prize money. I would have to give her my bank acct. And other personal information to receive a check.. And first wire them $400.00 for insurance that I would be reimbursed for. Thanks to your site, I knew this was a scam... I have been called by these people daily. The insurance money was to be sent to nesly dalmond 4954 frisco circle orlando fl. Upon his receipt of this money, he would in turn be mailing me my 'winnings'.. I had a call from Publishers and Clearing house of Las Vegas the callers name was "Van Hall" He said I had won one and a half million dollars and a new mercedes, they would cover 95% of the taxes but I needed to get a money gram of $175.00 and send it to Eugene Johnston in Brooklyn NY 11234. Then when I recieve my receipt a "BLUE U.P.S" truck along with 2 detectives would deliver my prize and escort me to my bank. What a bunch of CRAP! I have heard so much about all these poor seniors getting ripped that they must think we don't hear about this stuff. If you see this # on your caller I.D. [protected] Kingston JM. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Thanks Julia

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com Products

Hello! I wasn't sure what to categorize this under, but anyway. I joined Publisher's Clearing House a few weeks ago, ya know just to see if I could get lucky and win 10 million dollars. Well a few times a week they send you a link to there site of the most random things that you can buy, they send it to you, then you make 4 payments after they send it. All of this is fine because I have done it a few times and everything was good. Well a few days ago I came across a plant they had called "irish star" they said it blooms spring to winter blah blah. So I bought it for my grandmother because she has a huge garden. Well I tell her about it and she wants me to get information on it so she knows what it needs to thrive ect... I spent 4 hours searching for this information, it was nowhere on the internet so finally i join a stupid gardening forum and a lady helps me and I send her a picture of what it looks like. Come to find out there is no such thing as an Irish Star, the photo was of an actual flower but really called "falling star of bethlehem" or "Ornithogalum Nutans" and it originated in Asia not Holland . And it only blooms in the spring, not to winter. Publisher's Clearing House customer service has yet to give me the information on this "irish star" because they know it is a crock. So I am upset I spent the money on something I thought would last 4 seasons, and it lasts 1. So if you are a member, beware of SOME of the things they sell.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com 1ooo Dollar Shopping Spree

I was contacted in July about a shopping spree that I won because of my getting onto the website on a regular basis. I was only getting on to try to win that $100, 000.00 a week winning contest, trying to get some money because I work a minimum wage job and have a family to support. What they told me was that I would be getting 3 magazine subscriptions for around $350.00. I agreed but what they didn't tell me was that if I decided to cancel I would have to pay for all the magazines anyway. So they drafted money out of my account but I got nothing in return. SO I closed my account and then they referred me to a collection agency and a woman named ALISHA called me and was extremely rude to me and talked over me and would not let me get my story out or even talk to me like I am a regualr human being. I am VERY unhappy with this company and I WILL NEVER have anything to do with PCH and I will have everyone I know know that this company is fraudulent and not worth it, no matter how desperate you are for money.

Publishers Clearing House / PCH.com bought a computer with fried mother board

I purchased a computer from Publishers Clearing house. When it arrived I went to set it up and the face was loose off the front of the tower, I set it up and the monitor light went solid yellow. I called to let them know, they said send the moitor back and we'll fix it. My husband decided to just buy me a flat screen so i told them I wouldn't be sending it. I was leaving to Washington the following morning. We hooked up the flat screen and it still wasn't working, by then they said I had a couple days to send the whole thing back. It was going to cost us $75.00 just to send it back. I decided to take it to a computer repair place and have it looked at. It has a fried mother board. Over all they knew I was leaving on vacation wouldn't honor the return they would only repair. Spent alot of money for nothing.

PCH does not sell computers. so this post shouldnt even exist and should be flagged for deletion. This person may be thinking of another company called
Sweepstakes Clearing House which is in Texas. which has nothing to do with PCH.
Its like a Wal-mart/Bestbuy. Two different companies. so please change the headline.
