I subscribed to their service and paid with a credit card. When I try to access information they say I need to pay even more money to access the very same services for which I paid. I think this is a scam operation.

Same thing happened with me. and i have gotten no where trying to get a hold someone to either fix it or refund my money. Definatly a scam opperation.

Well, heres another fool that fell for the scam. I am really ticked off about this. There must be something a person can do. There is nothing telling you there will be further charges. This happened to me yesterday.

Today is 9/18/09, I have the exact same complaint as others here. I paid with credit card for premium unlimited services. Then it required that I pay additional money to get the service already paid for and then it failed to provide the services. This site is a scam. Rolando at rdbolanos@yahoo.com.

Seems like i am not the only one with the same complaint. this aws my first time at paying for access to a website and i dont know that with my limited funds and experience i will do it again. you are a good site to do complaints but only if something gets done orthe problem rectified. thanks.

I agree I purchased the same by credit card and never got the service the first of Sept. Have e-mailed and they tell me that it is a problem with my publis records. Yes, tis is a scam and they better charge my credit card again.

I agree and it goes further. I got the second service. They had my personal records. One was for expired registration on my fatherinlaw's car and the other was expired registration on my wife's car. Both had symbols and said drug and achohol offenses. Unless you lookup the cvc 4000 you are looking at a drunk and dope addict. I aslo had a case from 1997 and it exceded the california 7 year limit and was still given to me. By the w
ay that case was dismissed. Site is horse manure and is harmful to your reputation. Can't get ahold of them.

Yesterday I subscribed to search for an individual and paid by credit card.
I was asked for a password and users name which was given. Today I tried
to sign in but instead was asked for more money . This is a crime!! Where
does an individual sign in ? ?? This will be reported as so many other people
are complaining.
