I applied for my pension payout after resigning from the company I worked for in September 2011, after that I have made numerous phone calls to the fund and after 8 months of struggle only received a small part of my pension money! Now I have to start fighting all over again to get the rest of MY MONEY from this fund! It's pathetic! The service is terrible and it's seems like the fund is somehow bankrupt? Please can someone help me!?
I have also started my claim process in September 2011, at long last got a little bit of money from the fund, but all money owing to me has not been paid- now I have to start from scratch! I'm wasting all my money on phone calls and don't get any joy from the staff! WHY DO WE PAY OUR MONEY ON TIME EVERY MONTH THEN HAVE TO WAIT AND PLEAD FOR OUR MONEY FOR MONTHS ON END?! My name is Stephen Kolanchu ID No:[protected].[protected]. Since I claimed for my fund money to PSSPF from 2011. I've been to their office asking about it they keep telling me to wait for 3 weeks then I will get my money is 2014 now they still tell me the same thing. I need help to get my fund money.
I'VE ALSO SUBMITTED MY CLAIM IN OCT 2011 AND HAVEN'T RECIEVED ANY FEEDBACK FROM THE PSSPF. THEIR SERVICE TRULY SUUCKS!
I've submitted my claim forms from my employer as I got dismissed for further reason. Am still waiting for the payout since then but they said 8 weeks waiting period. So people how come can I wait so long without knowing when will I get paid. I submitted on August now is december, are they think for us or is matter of business? Please help me am stressed.

If The Complaint board is real helping please help me too. I have been doing followup since June 2012 at Cape town PSSPF office. They told me my money is waiting for authorization someone must sign it before i can get it since first of September 2012. If Complaint board is helping they must also help me.PSSPF should be stop becouse is bad news ever. All SECURIT OFFICERS MUST WAKEUP IS THE TIME TO FIGHT AGAIN TO STOP ANYONE FROM DEDUCTING THEIR MONEY.
It is true Absa and PSSPF are playing games. I am one of their victims. I wonder why gorvement allow such a game. I think now i the time all Security officers to standup again and stop this nonses. PSSPF must stop now becouse it is useless, it is not good. STRIKE IS THE ONLY ANSWER TO STOP THIS NONSES
