This company is a fraud. My husband and I were trying to get legal help for him to see his son and I found Father's Choice online. It sounded great but ended up being the worst mistake of my life. They never provided any service for us but went into my account and took $425 that I Never authorized! Between my husband and I we have made more then 100 phone calls and Father's Choice told us they would refund our money. They have been giving us the run around ever since July 15, 2008 when they took money from my account without my approval. They've told me that they would debit the money back to me and never did, then they said they would mail me a check and never did. Now they don't take our phone calls and no longer respond to my emails. I have emails from them telling me that they have sent my refund but it's all lies. Not the Better Business Bureal tells me they are out of business so it looks like I will never see my money that they stole from me.
