Awful flower bouquet

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Proflowers for mother's day. It was a bouquet of tulips. The tulips were the worst looking flowers I have ever received from Proflowers. They used to send very fresh flowers, but this order was unbelievably bad.

Additionally I sent an email to customer service and never got a response. If you look on their website there is not place to send complaints. So much for good customer service

I had the same experience. Additionally, they sent a 1/2 order replacement and those were also horribly dry and dead. Not an honorable company and their product is poor. I highly recommend that you avoid using this service.
