I very mistakenly signed up at $1.95 for the program offered by this company. I want to stop the memebership, but can't find any way to contact them. I will notify my bank not to process anything for them, but there has to be a way to get scams like these stopped!!! Linda

I also signed up for the $1.95 and then found out it was $69.90 a MONTH there after. And like you I could not contact the office. Am writing to the BBB and contacting my bank also. They must be stopped!!!

I just called the 801 # & was properly cared for. She said that the company is extremely busy with calls coming in. She was very professional & was sending a cancellation # to my e-mail.

I am not sure I would trust any communication via telephone. As soon as I realized I had become involved in a scam I sent my request to cancel the following day in writing by overnight express mail ($17.50) to the address provided:

I signed up on May 25, 2009. Sent the request to cancel May 26, 2009. Today is June 1, 2009 and the mailperson came to my door to sign for a mail delivery. Yes, you guessed it! My express mail came back as undeliverable: no forwarding address. pbb

I PAYED $2.95 FOR SOME INFORMATION FROM PROFITSTUDIOLEARNING THRU GOOGLE, I THEN READ THE VERY SMALL PRINTING AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS AD THAT'S START A $69.99 FEE FOR USE OF THE SERVICE, AND AFTER 7 DAYS I WILL BE BILLED EACH MONTH. SO I IMMEDIATELY CALL THE 1800 NUMBER LIST BEFORE THE HOURS THEY OPENED GOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE MESSAGE, BUT AFTER THEY OPENED I CONTINUED TO CALL THIS NUMBER AND FOR HOURS I KEEPED GETTING A BUSY SIGNAL. AFTER I HUNG UP I CALL MY BANK AND CANCEL THAT DEBT CARD SO THEY WILL NOT BE CHARGING MY DEBT CARD $69.99 I DONT KNOW IF THE INFORMATION THAT I PURCHASED FROM THEM FOR $2.95 IS WORTH IT. SO IN THE FUTURE WE ALL MUST PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT WE SIGN UP FOR AND READ ALL OF THE TERMS SO WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE TRULY DOING, PLEASE DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNY/ DEBT OR CREDIT CARD. IF YOU CAN'T CONTACT THE COMPANY CALL YOUR BANK AND CANCEL THAT ACCOUNT AND OPEN UP A NEW ONE YOUR BANK WILL STAND BEHIND YOU. TRUST ME YOU WILL SLEEP BETTER FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE! HUGS!

I am in the same situation. I signed up on June 22, 2009 with Profitstudiolearning through Google and immediately tried calling to cancel the registration on June 23, but was kept on hold for more than 15 minutes for almost 3 days. In the meantime i sent them a cancellation letter by registered mail on 23rd June. Still they have deducted $83.20 from my account. I also tried sending them an email which bounced back.

I have spoken to my visa card department who will be looking into the matter

this is mike from cleveland ohio i also applied for the 1.95 business opportunity i have been waiting since june 24 they finaly charged my account this suppose 69 dollars i called my bank to see who authorized this finally made a call they gave me a user id and password ive been trying since july 9 which apparently does not work i've tried to call the number they gave me which does not work and by the way my bank is willing to take off the 69 dollar bogus bill you have to make a loud noise to make sure your will take this phoney bill off
